My experience with the pharmacy at brookland yesterday was less than professional. The lady working the window was very rude, unkind, not helpful and did not know how to deliver her words to customers. Customer service is number 1. You never know who you’ll come across. The Brookland Pharmacy staff is so attentive to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be treated like family. Who needs the big box stores when you have access to such caring people?

Extremely unprofessional and rude personnel at this pharmacy. They hang up in the middle of saying what you need, and if you call back they hang up before any words can be uttered. They should all be fired!
