Yall better all go to your units occasionally. Don't just leave your stuff there, and not go to the unit from time to time. I purchased my 2 units on Feb 9th & Feb 13th. I was told my payments would come out on the same day each month as when I purchased it. In March, I was charged on the 4th & 7th. In April, both payments came out on the 2nd. When we went to grab some things on the 7th, there were over locks on our units for nonpayment, even though the payments all went through early. We noticed there were over locks on SEVERAL of the units. Most all of them actually... THAT seemd strange! If you don't go to your unit occasionally, they may think they can get rid of your stuff, and sell it all. CHECK YOUR UNITS OFTEN, AND TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF THE PAYMENTS!!!!! Take pics of your stuff you have in your units as well!!
I have also screenshot this review just in case of retaliation!
At least until we can find another storage facility.

Extremely fast response, very informative & helpful on costs & units available. User friendly website. Took just a few minutes to secure a unit. Unit was very clean! Grounds well kept! Overall experience so far has been excellent!

It was very easy to set up a new lease agreement with Store-It Quick online. I had a question and needed to call them. The lady was very helpful, friendly, and polite. My issue was resolved quickly.
