A regular, here. Friendly employees. They keep items ordered for their customers so they don't run out.

I visit this location at times when I am going through Brookland. It is not as fancy as some newer gas stations and they don't have the fuel options, etc. some of the newer stations. They do have some hot food options and a Subway in the store. They have classic fuels like unleaded and diesel but do not have the flex fuels. They have other things that regular gas stations have like snacks and drinks and they have public restrooms. It's ok, if you just need fuel or want a snack.

They'll leave you locked out and won't even tell you what time they open just pretending to ignore you like you're not there if you gotta use the bathroom in the morning this isn't the kind of place you want to park at And parkin's pretty limited some guy looks like he has half of his company trucks parked out here Takes up most of the spots for the truckers 1st and last time I ever come here I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Since 2012, I've lived within 3 miles of this Jordan's! They're always pretty busy when I stop in. (6-8AM) The food is PHENOMENAL, the clerks are pleasant, but they are efficient, not rude. At least not to me. Since they are busy ALL day, occasionally there is a small wait, but I've never seen a worker act rude, maybe flustered, or reacting to a customer whose lost patience & in a hurry. It happens...but I will continue frequenting Jordan's @ 8222 49N, Brookland for the foreseeable future. The clerks, cooks, Subway workers, etc. work sooo hard throughout the day! A little patience goes a long way. Bad experience?? Don't let a few bad apples spoil the bunch!!

The subway employee was wonderful. I can't recall his name but he's great. As for the troglodyte that doesn't even work for subway, her name is Phyllis (what she told me), most annoying, rude, spiteful people I've had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I'll break down the situation to give you a better understanding....
Jordan's has a subway in it. Before we were able to even tell the actual subway employee what we wanted good ol Phyllis is literally scream "what are you ordering?" My girlfriend has already placed her order and while hers is being toasted this Phyllis has already forced me to order before i can even think if i want extra anything. Then upon her failing to understand that we're using a credit card after being actually told so several times she rudely told my girlfriend to remove the money from an atm.... Off my credit card.... I said no she said well looks like you need to download the subway app. Now keep in mind the subway employee has already informed me that this register never asks for pin numbers.
Needless to say I left and she's probably enjoying the free sandwiches. Won't return till she's gone and I'm spreading the word too. Bad time to be allowing people like her to represent your company....
Oh and the big kicker i called to talk to her manager... And she is the manager ??
Also when she said that i immediately asked for corporate number and she laughed and hung up... Called back again she was still laughing and gave us a fake number.

Went here a few times and sometimes the service is ok however ive already previously had a time I had to wait for an extended period of time because their was nobody watching the front well now here's the last time I'll be coming in their went in to get a sub and a drink before work told the subway worker I wanted 9 grain honey oat and what else I wanted walked off to grab a straw for my drink I forgot and came back and then the worker finished the sandwich and right before they finished I asked is that the 9 grain honey oat and their response was you said you wanted 9 grain in a rude manner I thought the customer was always right someone needs to be retrained this is unacceptable behavior from a customer service worker. I won't be back.

Everytime I go into subway, the person has no clue what is going on it how to do anything. The managers at the time have awful attitudes towards the employees and it always takes forever to get help.
