I’ve used J and J twice now, and I was pleased on both occasions. Each time they had to pick up my vehicles because they broke down on the road, and both times they were very prompt about getting there. They had me back on the road in a couple of days. And they were very reasonably priced.

Title: Proceed with Caution: A Cautionary Review of J&J Auto Repair

Overview: My experience with J&J Auto Repair was unfortunately far from satisfactory. I brought my truck in to have the CP4 fuel pump converted to a CP3 fuel pump. However, after three attempts and a significant expenditure of $6,324.82, the job was still not done correctly. As a result, I had no choice but to seek assistance from another mechanic, ultimately spending an additional $4,000 to have the work redone properly.
Customer Service: Regrettably, the customer service I received at J&J Auto Repair fell far short of expectations. Despite my repeated visits and concerns regarding the quality of the work performed, there was a lack of effective communication and resolution. It was disappointing to not have my issues addressed satisfactorily. Additionally the truck was returned to me with a dented back bumper and missing weather stripping under the hood.
Expertise: The inability of J&J Auto Repair to successfully complete the conversion of the fuel pump from CP4 to CP3 reflects a concerning lack of expertise. Despite the considerable investment of time and money, the job was still not executed correctly, highlighting a significant gap in their technical capabilities.
Price: Given the substantial expenditure of $6,324.82 and the additional $4,000 spent elsewhere to rectify the issue, the pricing at J&J Auto Repair is difficult to justify. The high cost paired with the lack of satisfactory results further compounds the disappointment of this experience.
Overall Impression: In light of my experience, I cannot recommend J&J Auto Repair for automotive services, particularly for complex tasks such as fuel pump conversions. The inability to deliver satisfactory results despite significant financial investment raises serious concerns about their competence and reliability. Proceeding with caution is advised.

I’ve had many experiences with the guys from J & J ,great quality work. I use them on all my vehicles and I’ve never had a problem with any of their work . I recommend them to anyone that ask for a quality mechanics.

Fast friendly but flawed !! I GOT IN AND GOT OUT FAST WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE.. But unaware at the time they had forgot to put a hose connected to side of intake back on. I purchased a new one for an upgrade to power about a week later and found it upon install. 4 stars cause its an honest mistake... I recommend to anyone.
