BIG BEAUTIFUL GROCERY STORE! Less than 2 miles from my front door. Great prices & excellent bread, fruit, fresh food sections! I must really brag on THE #1 most important thing they offer: Excellent Customer Service. Above & Beyond, every time. On our, I believe, 2nd visit my hubs&I overfilled our buggie by a neat 8$. Lovely, right! NO. 'Twasnt. 'Twas embarrassing. Called for Help on our self-chkout. Help arrived. Removed the coconut cream pie we didn't NEED, & we continue processing check out. As we were leaving, the same "help" who'd arrived to remove the pie, came back. With the pie! Wrapped in a sack. No charge. WHAAAT! This store is frfr. #PayItForward

1 star because zero stars is not an option. Went in for a few things today, thankfully I only needed a FEW things, because several shelves were not stocked. Also I got a few tomatoes (2.79 per pound) the cashier tried charging me $3 per tomato, I told her that was not right, I even took a picture of the price to show her, but she said the prices often are not correct in the register so that's what she has to charge. Got the manager who also did nothing to fix the issue. He apologized, but no effort to correct the problem. Best to find another store where they actually correct the price in their system.Update: Someone asked me to reach out via messenger, which I did, but can't find a corporate office to message, so I messaged Brookland store, no response so far.Update: received a call from Justin, another manager, he was very polite and helpful. Sounds like he is trying to resolve the situation. May give them another try after all!Update: Justin, the manager I spoke with left me a gift card, as well as reimbursing the amount I was overcharged. Thank you for addressing this situation Justin!
