Terribly dirty, bathrooms were filthy, coffee station was a complete mess and floors were sticky. There were several employees just standing around talking instead of taking care of the store. Skip this stop and choose another place.

On my way to the Dallas area, I decided to stop here for a bit to grab a bite to eat.
Notice the one star rating, this is only for the "Tejas Tacos" or "Road Ranger Cafe", not the Wendy's or Subway.
Once inside, I was greeted by a lady who immediately told me that they had no tacos or anything of the sort, and that some of the hot box food was all they had left.
Not in the mood for subway, and never being a big fan of Wendy's (Culvers for the win!) I changed on the items they had available. The lady behind the counter seemed as much invested in talking with what I could only assume was a love interest or friend as she was paying attention to anything going on around her business wise, something that most likely could have waited until break I'm sure
At any rate, I ordered a slice of pizza and two sausages on bamboo sticks, I probably should have just gotten Subway instead.
The pizza was good......several hours ago when it was made. What I got was barely edible, the cheese was just a dried up layer of...I don't know what, and the crust just tasted old and bordering on the stale.
The sausage was okay, but it looked like it had been sitting out for an extended period of time, too.
In conclusion, what I wanted they didn't have at all, and what I got I ended up really not wanting aside from the sausage. I definitely wouldn't recommend anything from the hot deli section of this place.

This place is a joke. They need better communication skills. My husband and I were here not that long ago and he was able to use his pilot points for a shower. The employee and the gm told him and i that u can use pilot points here cuz they r part of pilot. Then tonight the employee was rude some dude with glasses and gray hair. He and another girl with long hair said no u can't use pilot points here we are not part of pilot. But yet first we r told u can then they tell u no u can't. So it's either they changed the rules, to lazy to do the points, or they lied when they said u can use pilot points. If u can't use pilot points put a sign up on the door that u can't use pilot points. Don't say one thing and then turn around and say the opposite. The gm should communicate with the employees better or at least be around.

This business need a new manager I stopped to buy a cb radio ,antenna and coax but the manager has it locked up so the cashier can't sell them at night this place has just lost alot of money because I have to go somewhere else to buy a radio and fuel and food plus I was looking at that 4000 watt inverter but night shift can't sell it ..... the cashier crystal murrel told me that I would have to wait until morning per the manager... but I'm not going to make a late delivery just to give away money... crystal was great and friendly and did her best to solve the problem but the manager has tied her hands. So the next truck stop down the road will get the money..... I hope the manager smartens up soon ?..

Men's bathroom was filthy this morning, on my way through. Thought might be cleaned up by this evening, but nope! Still filthy! No American flag on the flag pole (shame on you) . Gas prices were good is only reason giving a two star. Told there is new management....guess they need to better manage the place (ok..they did put out some towels at the gas pumps...that's a plus)

bad experience they had no tacos as advertised rude associate at counter everyone to busy socializing in back or on phones to care and the soda machine was out of order couldn’t even get a fountain drink walked

Lazy workers. New cappuccino machine and all cashier say it's broke. No your lazy. All of then work run water. These workers are just plain lazy and don't want to clean it every day so they say it broke. Then why no OUT OF ORDER. Because they don't want there regional manager to see how lazy they are. 4 people standing around and could do what they get paid to do. LAZY
