The place is so packed hard to find anything. And where in the he'll are the employees. ? I say shut it down and put in a Goodwill it would serve the city better. I loathe Dollar General.. the new DG was put in under false pretenses.

Unable to correctly process returns back to debit card but they have my merchandise. Still waiting fir my refund. I want my money refunded back to card as promised OR i would take cash,gift card for the amount of refunded or at this point after 6 visits trying to get my refund i would like my goods back.

Zero customer service! Unable to process returns, totally unexceptable....They have my return merchandise I have not received the credit back to my card as promised. I've been there 6x trying to resolve the matter. This is the new store of s.main .I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially if you are planning on using the Saturdsy coupons,unable to use self checkout or might have to return or swap. Dollar General should train employees.

It's fine as long as you know how to use the self check machines and as long as you don't run in to any issues while using them. But, if you don't know how to or are uncomfortable using the self check machines this is probably not the store for you. I know people work here, but they are always busy putting up stock and are not very quick to come to the check out area to help customers that are having difficulties using the self check machines. The positive I can leave for this store is that it is very clean and usually well stocked with a nice variety of products.
