You can't pee for free on the bathroom could have been an indication that customer service might be lacking. I did make a purchase and had intended to do such but the fact that it was absolutely expected for a station that stood alone for a 30 mile radius leaves the impression that compassion isn't common practice. I only complain because I have a 4 year old. They may not have chased me out of the store if I hadn't bought something but I couldn't have known that.
