“This truck wash is OPEN for buisness. I guess they changed hands but it's open as of 04-05-2021. They work hard and are friendly. Prices on par with streakin beacon but the friendly atmosphere makes it much better.Will definitely come back again and again!”
“I haven’t actually had to take my car to Joe’s yet, but when that time comes I won’t be taking it anywhere else!
I called to see if I could make an appointment for my car, as it hasn’t been starting very well the past couple days.
The wonderful lady that answered the phone was so polite. She asked me a couple questions and let me ask some questions of my own. She didn’t have an answer to a couple of them, so she took my name and number and was going to talk to the mechanic and call me back.
It wasn’t 20 mins later that she called. He suggested I go have the battery checked before I wasted any money having the car checked out. It sounded like a bad battery to him. She told me where I could get it checked for free, and if it wasn’t the battery to call her back and they would get me in for an appointment. It was nothing more than a bad battery, and I only had to pay for the cost of the battery to have it replaced. I cannot thank Joe’s enough for the free and solid advice. They saved me time, money and the hassle of trying to have my car looked at, with nothing more than a phone call. Thank you for your generosity!!

“Amazing customer service!! After frantically worrying about how far I would have to drive on my spare so I can get my tire fixed, I realize the closest place was just two blocks from my house. Even though they were working on several vehicles, they went to work on mine right away. I appreciate the young man who explained to me the price difference in a used tire and a new tire.. And I think he picked out a really good used one for me. Now I know I don’t have to drive so far when I’m ready to replace all my tires.”

They keep me informed on what needs to be done & how much it will cost, they try to keep cost as low as possible, & they are trustworthy. I appreciate that they don't seem to talk down to me or pull one over on me because I'm a woman...unfortunately, some places do. Lawrence's has been very dependable & honest, & the man I usually deal with (don't know his name) has a very calm and patient manner which helps if I'm stressed about car problems. “Had issues with my brakes passing through Jonesboro, stopped by and they were able to take care of the issue right away, friendly pleasant staff, personable as well. Hard to find in todays world. They have decent prices and the service was too notch I was back on the rode in a very short time. Several people came in while I was there and I watched the interactions with the customers, the person at the counter, I forgot his name, sorry. Treated everyone the same, like old friends. “All I can say is if you want good honest people and good honest service then look no further. Jonesboro Alignment is the place. They did a minor repair that we weren’t sure was going to fix it and when we went to pick our vehicle up they told us to take it for the weekend and then if that didn’t fix it there was no charge. Didn’t even try to get us to bring it back to them to do the actual repair that needed to be done. We took it back and not only did they work us in they had it done by the end of day. Couldn’t ask for better service!!! And my personal favorite they didn’t try to up sale us. They just gained a new customer here for sure. Thank you Jonesboro Alignment much appreciated!!!!”
“Had my breaks done today, and it was nearly $200 LESS than I expected. They are always super busy but that’s because everyone keeps coming back with that understanding be read to drop off or be ready to wait hours that is the only down side. There waiting room is large and comfortable with tables with power slots for laptops and USB charging ports. Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and professional.”
