Had my tires balanced and was made aware of a bad tie rod issue. Even tho they don't replace them, they care about their customers enough to keep them safe.

I highly recommend A-1 Tire and Auto! The customer service is outstanding, each staff member was friendly and professional. The waiting area is nice and clean. They got me in and out quickly with all new tires on my Volvo XC60.
