Not even one star. I booked on Hotels.com not even 30 minutes prior to arriving. When I got there I was told there were no rooms and the desk clerk and I discussed that this was ok because they had not charged my cc and I needed the $$ to book elsewhere. Well guess what? Within minutes he pushed the charge thru and left me stranded for the night. I am an older single disabled person. I had to have hotels.com refund my money eventually, but I still had to sleep on the side of the road!!! They never should have accepted my reservation if they were full, and certainly never should have processed my payment.

Booked through hotels.com, got there and they didnt want to honor the price and refused to check me in. 5 cars in the parking lot and all the rooms visible from the outside, tried saying they were full. Whatever! Smell of Marijuana was overwhelming anyway. Never again!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Let me preface this review by saying I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Some have been five star hotels all the way down to budget friendly options. I would NEVER in my most desperate of times stay at this hotel. There are no pictures that accurately depict what this hotel looks like. Pics on the internet are taken from another hotel entirely. Do you see that cute little pic of the front desk area? Well the real front desk has canned vegetables and many flavors of cup-o-noodles for your purchase, as well as cigarettes and other convenience store novelties. after Locals learned we booked a room there, they looked at us like we were crazy. Unless you are a prostitute or drug addict we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Don't stay at this motel!!!I booked thru Priceline on june 19, 2021. Got a motel in Blythville, AR. OYO motel. It was stated as a 2 star hotel but I've stayed at one before, no issues. Anyway, I go in with reservation in hand and, right away, I noted the manager being a jerk. He says that he doesn't have the rooms stated on the reservation. That it will cost $10 extra for a room on the bottom floor. I told him, nicely, I didn't care which room we had, that we already paid for the room and I wasn't paying an extra $10. He gave me rooms on the bottom floor anyway no extra charge.We get our room and set up. Around 12 or 1 am, children rolling a big toy truck on the rough metal stairway outside our room. People yelling, kids crying, doors slamming. Sometime in the night, someone is packing up and honks the horn. More yelling. By this time, I think I'm in downtown Detroit! Around 6 am, things finally quiet down. Anyway, since I booked thru priceline, call Priceline and tell them what happened. They call the manager of the motel who flatly refuses to give me a refund. Then the manager calls the room while I'm on the phone with Priceline. I don't answer because I know it won't go well. Priceline tells me there is nothing they can do.I start packing up and the manager comes out and confronts me saying "I gave you the room for cheap and you call and complain?" I got the motel thru Priceline, not him. He then tells me to "go home. Leave." And he watches my every step. I was so angry. I even called the OYO corp. They stood up for...HIM!! To the manager: I didn't call you and complain because I got the room thru priceline, not you and I knew you would either blow me off or act like you did. You said you did me a favor giving me the room for a cheaper price but, I didn't get the room thru you! You acted so high and mighty, like you are Gods gift to mankind. Anyway, you lost a customer at your motel and all the other OYO motels.
