This was my first time going here. I just changed from Dr. Cato's, in gosnell, due to rude and unhelpful staff. Cato was great... Anyway, it did take about 45 minutes to get seen, after my appointment time, but I understand vets are very busy, and things usually don't go to planned. The staff was SO polite, and Dr. Gall was super nice and patient! It was very affordable, and I will now be a future client with this vet.

rushed the appointment, wouldn't let me get a word in. our dog ended up having pyometra, which is deadly if left untreated. the vet we took her to after noticed it right away and suggested further testing. think about it before you take your dog here

Terrible!! Our puppy's vaccination that we told him not to give, made him lethargic for several days!!He was in horrible pain!!

Due to shocking and friendly team work here they have ben able restore my old dog hear again and be active details on all levels of pro and reliable love they do here in ways friendly help waiting with smile and good vibes that most animals can since is a calm friendly enviroment .Never Ben a wait or issues on purpose and needs of the visit. I can count on Doc. To be able hear the concern and he checks all options and his staff when needed have had my 12yr Pit mix calm n able to manage any may needed done. She recently going deff and not active with crippling back legs not supporting or allowing her to wana try to play and they knew what options and meds to try her slowly to watch changes .UNBELIVABLE she had a blast n sun this summer play with kids tryn eat water out hose. And she is able to hear diff sounds better and we never fwlt more proud they didn't give us loss hope and she has the puppy playtime in her just not yet as sharp as her younger years . They made us feel she has many more years with us thanks to All that make it a comfortable calm place for ur pets and all n mostly they have affordable costs for the all in the everyday team work they really shocked our family how much she has perked up and we now no her condishion to help her b4/gets hard on her against .DETAILS NOT NEEDED BUT SHARED AS A VERY PROUD OWNER OF MY 12YEARS I've had her to grow old with me and so proud to brag I recommend to all our friends family that agree. I thank them all and wish many more years of visits as they never seem to greet us as strangers .

My dog had swelling in jaw and little under his eye. My regular vet was out of town so took him to Gall. He didn't even really look in his mouth. Just picked up his lip and barely opened his mouth. He didn't even look with a light. Gave him a shot and antibiotics. That was on a Tuesday. Had to call my vet for emergency early Friday morning. Cuz his whole side of his face was swollen. He was in so much pain. Come to find out he had part of a branch of tree stuck in his gums! If Dr.Gall had done a proper examination he would have seen the Branch!
