“A God send to us ...
We broke down coming back from Jonesboro, 2nd day here we just moved. I called Ms. Wendy and she got the ball rolling, he was there with the tow truck with in 15 min. Gave us a ride to their shop. She took us back to the hotel that night and also picked us up to get our car. Had the car ready in less than 24 hours. Plus don't charge an arm and a leg. Best costumer service ever, both of them talked with us about school district and neighborhoods. It was a lovely experience they have all our business as long as we live here..”

“I moved here from Florida in 2022. I found King Tire through word of mouth and went there one time when my tire went flat. Ever since then they are my go-to shop. I've always been the type of person to find a place that makes me feel comfortable and taken care of and I stick with that place. I've found that in King tire. Always great and fast service with tires. Went there for an oil change for the first time today and unfortunately there was a hiccup with that that potentially could have been costly, but all it took was a simple phone call to the shop and they immediately jumped into action to resolve the problem. Great service, great people, overall great shop.”

“Had a rear hub/wheel bearing disintegrate while exiting the interstate near Paul's shop on a rainy night. Made it to the Perkin's Restaurant before tire separated. Called Paul first thing the next morning, and he made arrangements with Hopper's Exxon mechanic Teddy to come assess the damage. Teddy actually did the work that same day, and he was super!!! So both Paul and Teddy earned my gratitude and respect. They were awesome and really helped two Texas travelers who were stranded on a holiday weekend.”

I came from out of town and they made a stressful situation very easy and pleasant with their expertise. They also made it a point to remember each customer’s name and service that came in while I was there, which makes their customers feel confident, significant and remembered.
