Audio Creations is an extremely bad business. I was especially shocked at the "don't give a f#%k" attitude that they gave me AFTER they had my money. The worst that I have seen at any business. I have always had sound systems put in all my cars, for decades now, and never had a problem. This time decided to try Audio Creations because they are closer to home. I thought it couldn't be that bad. Well, first off, they LIED right up front saying how they guaranteed their products and installation, JUST LIKE the OTHER places that I have been to. Needless to say, had a problem, went back to Audio Creations and everything said, the first time, was denied!!! In fact, they Wanted me to buy another receiver, although there was nothing wrong with the one I had. I told them that I think it was just a connection problem. They said, no, it wasn't. Of course, I was trying to figure out HOW THEY HECK THEY KNEW THIS WHEN THEY HADN'T EVEN CAME FROM AROUND THE DESK TO COME CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Kept saying they had newer and better models, etc. I said no, I want this problem fixed. They just would not do it. Make a long story short. Took it to a legit place later on. They reconnected some wires and it works fine.
