Definitely will not be purchasing another vehicle from this company. We have been waiting months on a title. Im talking nearly half a year. I’m not even going to go into details but this company has not been helpful, prompt, informative or understanding of the predicament they’ve placed us in, nor the money they’ve cost us. Definitely make sure to research the company first, before purchasing. They’ve cost us thousands more than we already paid for our vehicle in legal fees, tax fines, and issues with the vehicle.Edited to add: we were told we supposedly signed for the title, but we did not ever in fact receive it. I also have not received replies to my emails, and got our banker involved because we received no reply. I wouldn’t have been nearly as upset if there had been kind communication, but I was also spoken to in a very unkind manor over the phone. After speaking with the AR department of transportation to see if I could aid in the title process to help move thing a along I was told the title was never transferred to AR. I don’t know much about vehicle sales and maybe I was told incorrectly but the lady at the Department of Transportation told me that never should have been the case. This whole situation has been a mess, and on top of it the truck also broke down, and we were told by the mechanic it was not driver error. So not only is this costing us thousands but it’s also now inoperable for a time while we attempt to get it fixed.

I purchased a 2015 F350 single rear wheel service body truck from Integrity Automotive. This has been an excellent truck for my business. I use it to tow mini excavators and other heavy equipment that I use. Integrity Automotive (Rusty/Norm) has been exemplary in assisting me and my company with this purchase and standing by the trucks they provide.

This business truly lives up to it's name! Their customer service and honesty are 2nd to NONE. I traveled 3 hrs. away to look at their van selection and ended up purchasing a Ram Promaster for my company. I couldn't be anymore happier witht the van, customer care, and friendliness that was shown to me. I will be back to do further business with them for all of my transportation needs.

Our recent experience with Norm at Integrity Auto in Bethel Heights Arkansas is that they are either negligent and lazy or purposefully deceptive in their business practice.We responded to an ad for a seemingly clean van and told Norm we would be travel to AK from NYC (a 20 Hour drive) to see the van as long as there were no significant issues NOT pictured or mentioned in the ad. I asked him clearly about this before we made this HUGE drive. We were assured there was nothing missing from the ad and the car was clean and undergoing "routine maintenance" (oil change & fluid checks).When we arrived we found the van had extensive water damage and mold in the cab and A GAPING HOLE in the ceiling that was POORLY patched with what looked like melted marshmallows, not to mention the other minor issues clearly missing from the ad.Norm's response? He managed to say that the damage actually WAS in the ad (UNTRUE, they are still NOT in the ad) as well as saying he thinks he mentioned it over the phone (UNTRUE- my wife was on the call and if we knew either of these details about the vehicle for the price they are asking WE SIMPLY WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE TRIP.We lost every confidence in their trustworthiness and honesty.
