  We made a reservation online. The reservation was guaranteed. The hours posted say the location is open until 5:00 p.m. However, the person working at 3:10 p.m. wasn’t authorized to help to hook up our trailer that was paid for. He gave us a local number for a man called Don. Don refused to help. He said we had to pick up before 2:00 p.m. even though this is contrary to the hours online. I asked him to consider making an exception due to our circumstances. I explained that our Grandfather had passed away and that we needed to pack the rest of his items and travel back to our home out of town. I also explained that I was leaving for a humanitarian mission in Africa at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning and desperately needed to finish this work. Don refused to assist. Berryville is such a warm place with a strong sense of community. Such poor professionalism and lack of community support has no place here. I am disgusted and disheartened.

  Staff was EXCELLENT!!! Clean truck, quick pick-up, but I needed truck for 3 hours and paid $100.00 as for a full day rental. U-Haul needs to look at this policy as it could feasibly collect 3 days payments on same truck. Not right!!!
