was having some issues with my truck
they found where the furry woodland creatures had eaten some wiring and repaired it . then they found a misfire caused by bad plugs and replaced them. the truck runs great

There is no reason to give Ozark Starter less than 5 stars. Most places usually cannot earn a perfect 5 stars, but I have to say, Leon and crew at Ozark worked on our Mustang, giving us an estimate and did the work quick and complete, eventually charging us less than the original estimate. No surprises or extra costs. We are very satisfied with their work and impressed all the way across the board with them.
We have brake work needing to be done on the SUV and will be dropping it off next week, and I need more things done on the Mustang to get it 100% perfect and will most definitely bring it back to Leon. They were friendly and honest, and that has been a rare experience for me lately. Leon earned our business for life.

My car had been shaking badly and would make a loud banging noise when turning. I called them and scheduled a date to take my car. It turns out it was the motor mounts! The same day I took my car, they did not waste any time, they called me and told me what was wrong with it. They were very professional, very helpful and nice! I got my car back fast! I truly recommend them. They have very reasonable pricing and do an outstanding job! My car feels like a new car!!!!Service: Engine repair

We were in NW Arkansas with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter RV and, right after filling up with Diesel, the truck just turned over but would not start. The nearest Benz dealer was a $1300 tow away. I didn't see anybody on Google that worked on Mercedes within 75 miles. Good Sam gave me Ozark Starter as a reference. I used to be a mechanic for 8 years so I know a lot about cars. Since the starter was turning over, I thought there was little they could do. In addition, I already knew from experience that Mercedes does not make it easy for third parties to access the customer's own computer's information.Boy was I wrong. Leon sent Jesse out - 22 miles round trip in driving rain and about 34 degrees, and within 20 minutes he had some information that he took back to Leon to formulate a game plan to determine if it was worth taking the expense of having it towed in. Mind you most places would have just towed the vehicle in. In the case of a 10,000 pound RV that's about $250 an hour. Within an hour Jesse was back out and discovered problem and had it running in about 5 minutes.Two trips out for less than one hour of towing. How awesome is that?Obviously HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Jesse and Leon!!
