I moved back to Berryville recently.Jo Ann Clark and her staff have been handling my family's various insurance needs for years. I always needed to translate for my family and we have always been treated with kindness, patience, sincerity, and knowledgeable professionalism.Moving back years later, I had no doubt I would return to the same diligence demonstrated in years past. Love this insurance company. Love all the professional, courteous, and helpful people. I especially love the lady who sits to the left, after you enter the building. So helpful. I have a TBI, and problems with comprehension. She made sure to explain everything, multiple times if necessary, until I understood my policy.
