Poorest customer service from the staff who stand in front. Get them educated on what great customer service is all about. Greet and welcome every customer don't look at the color of their skin okay.

Fresh food is not fresh, brought in from China, Guatemala or Mexico and goes bad very quickly. You get what you pay for here. Even boxed name brand foods can be old as they are left on the shelf too long.

One of those few times that "shopping local" means shopping at Wal-Mart. Plenty of selection within the Wal-Mart parameters. Should take care of your general needs.

Some of the rudest pharmacists I've ever encountered works here. Today around 6:30PM, i was asking for the covid shot, and without even listening to me and letting me finish my sentence, the female pharmacist just signals with her hands "no available covid shots, no covid shots".I wanted to ask about my covid card and she again just waves with her hands "no available covid shots, no covid shots". You see, I happen to have a bit of a hearing problem. So i come across as a bit meek and soft spoken.This is now the second time I've been treated like this on this specific pharmacy.The grocery workers itself are nice and considerate. But the pharmacy itself seem to be lacking compassion.

There are regular associates there that are so nice and ask you how you are doing. I can always get in check out without any problems. Most of the associates up front are nice friendly. They are the only ones that are engaged of your existence.

Said it before and I'll say it again...our local Neighborhood Market is the best in the country. The manager, Mike aka "Tiger" is always friendly with a kind word and hearty handshake. Our family gets all our prescriptions refilled only here as well. I hate to use names, but one pharmacy tech, Mia, is about the nicest and most friendly young lady you will ever meet. She smiles at every customer and greets them with respect. The pharmacists always have time to discuss the meds with you and even share tips to make the use pleasant. The shelves are always stocked and there are many associates working the floor at all times. I cannot say enough about this location, and even if I move, this will always be "my" Neighborhood Market.
