Tonight we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our pickup order. We spoke to associates more than once who assured us they were working to get it out. They looked it up and said it's coming out. Finally after 1.5 hrs we stopped another person and he said oh it says you haven't arrived- even though multiple people assured us it was coming out and had our name and spot# The crazy part is - it is the third time something similar has happened at this store in 2 years. I will not make the mistake of going back. I only did bc they had a time spot. I will not make this mistake again. Their management team is obviously very poor and needs serious work.

Love the service in this store. The Pharmacists are awesome, Abby, etc. They always go above and beyond to help me and my family. The checkout guys are friendly too, and love they keep the store clean and instock

My last visit was my LAST visit. Walmart can pound sand. They're not getting one more dime of my money. Zero customer service skills. While checking out, I was treated like a 2nd class citizen for not wearing a mask. I not "virtue signaling" for you libs. Why do people consistently have jobs that require them to interact with the public, if they do not want to put forth the effort to do so? Saving money isn't worth enough to be treated poorly. I'll give Allen's and Harps my business.

Great helpful staff. Bathrooms are always clean. Staff is always very kind and willing to help. The grocery pick up goes by pretty quickly and they don't get onto you if your late so thank you for that. The only downside is their produce doesn't seem to be as fresh as other stores. Other than that no complaints

Even though this is not the closest neighborhood market to my house, I prefer to drive out of the way to shop here. This store is not as busy, so it's easier to find parking and not as crowded. The store is neat and clean. I like the layout and can always find what I need. The best part is the grocery pick up. I can order online on the app and take my time shopping the night before in the comfort of my own home. Then just drive to the store and pick up my items. I don't know how I lived without this service for so long. Perfect for picking up dinner items after work, without spending the time in the store and buying more than needed when I'm hungry. It's also convenient to have a gas station on site.

GROCERY PICKUP: I've been to this location numerous times for their grocery pickup - amazing btw if you haven't done it. Grocery shop online, select a time and then go pick it up at the store. There is designated grocery pick up parking spots. You pull up and they come out and bring your groceries to you. You don't have to get out! Woohoo. They also show you your produce to make sure it is to your liking. The grocery pick up is awesome and their customer service has been great. Super friendly and helpful! REGULAR SHOPPING: I've been in here a couple times to shop. It is a very nice Neighborhood Market. Nicely laid out, organized, and clean. They have a good selection of organic products too. Great Market! Customer service is helpful and friendly as well.

Gorgeous new store. Open in June. Their vegetable and fruit section is really lovely. The fruit looks fresh and there's plenty of it. They have a good-looking bakery and deli section, along with a make your own pizza section. You can have them bake it there, or take it to go and bake it at home. The store itself is quite large. Definitely bigger than the neighborhood market in Rogers. So they have a great variety of selections. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Definitely if you need to do some shopping, take a look at this store.
