“Wonderful health, food store, there are many certified gluten-free products that are fresh, frozen, and shelf stable. While there is the whole range of health food items as you would expect, there is additionally a large selection of vegan and gluten-free celiac safe frozen and shelf stable junk food style foods. It is nice to be able to have fun kids foods but healthy options that are certified gluten-free . As a celiac this is a primary grocery store I frequent regularly. They also have a good rewards program for purchases.”

“Amazing waffles! They’re so delicious and filling. Worth the money as well if you’re on a budget. They come with nuts, almonds, banana, strawberries, and more fruits of your liking! The waffle also has protein me flavor even without the fruits and it’s also has a delicious cream on top! Overall the waffle was the delicious and the lady was super nice and caring. Recommended this place for breakfast!”

“I was in a desperate search for the Now brand non-GMO lecithin granules. No one else had them. I did find them at a place in Dallas but their shipping time was 4 to 6 weeks. I could not afford to do without them. No one else in the Bentonville, Rogers Fayetteville area had them in stock. But I called shipman's healthy and whole and lo and behold Elliot, who is a saint found a 2 lb jug of it for me. The price was the same as Iherb, who incidentally was out of stock on it and was unable to give me even a projected turnaround time at all, that was over a month ago. I make liposomal C with this stuff and provide it to several other people. Being out is not an option! He sold me the product and promised to reorder immediately. I will get all my other ingredients through them from now on. They are close to home and have earned my business and trust. Thank you, Elliot!”
