Koren was super laid back and so easy to work with and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he was quick to find a manger who had it. I had told Koren upfront that in the past I have always had other dealerships promise things (like buying parts at cost) at the time of purchase and never follow through on their end, but this was not the case here! Koren has made sure everything has been done correctly and in a timely manner for me!”
“This team has been a blessing to work with. I was very hesitant to trade in my old car, even though it was well past its prime, until my dream car appeared on their lot. I had been searching for a vehicle for almost a year and had done extensive research on various makes and models. I knew that at the price they were offering, this car wouldn’t last long.
The morning after I saw the car, I called to make a deposit to hold it, with the agreement that the deposit would be part of my down payment. It paid off—I bought the car. Unfortunately, the day after, tornados hit and caused hail damage to the car. I called the dealership about something unrelated and laughed about the damage, thinking it was just my luck. To my surprise, they gave me the contact information of a specialist who promptly worked with my insurance company and did a fantastic job on the repairs.

“I give McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville the highest of reviews and would like to take a minute to say why. I Purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition from them in 2019. I recently had a problem with the extended warranty that I also purchased from them at the same time. I needed to make a claim for repairs. Since I am not local to Bentonville, I wanted to have the repairs done at my local Ford dealer. Even though I had already used this extended warranty two other times with the same local Ford dealer, this time the warranty company told me I had to take it back to McLarty Daniel to have these repairs made. This was going to cause me a major inconvenience, and I also assumed it would lengthen the repair process. I was not happy, and tried to explain to them why I did not feel this was an acceptable way to handle the repair process. To say the least, this did not go anywhere. I decided to reach out to McLarty Daniel. Now to be honest, I didn't really expect they would do anything. I purchased this vehicle from them 5 years ago and have not had any other interactions with them since. Not because I had a bad experience buying the vehicle, I actually had a good experience and felt I got a really good deal. They just never had what I was looking for when I had purchased other vehicles. I mainly just called them because I was very upset with the warranty company and wanted to share my experience. I asked for the sales manager (I’m sorry I did not make a note of his name), and even though I was still upset he was polite and professional. He told me he did not handle the extended warranties, but would give a message to the finance manager who did. I hung up thinking that I probably wouldn’t hear back. In less than five minutes I got a call from Hof. He told me they didn’t really use this extended warranty company any more (I can understand why), but he would reach out to them and see what he could do. Five minutes later he called me back and told me to have my dealer try and run the claim again. I did and now the repairs are being completed at my local dealer. I was blown away by how helpful they were even though they didn’t need to be. I will undoubtedly continue to check their inventory each time in the future I am looking to buy a car.
