2/20/2024 - There were two people in front of me when I stopped to drop off. The young man working was very courteous and helpful with each customer's situation. He reminded me that a receipt would have the tracking number on it. I wish I would have gotten his name but I wanted to acknowledge this young man's job well done.

I give them one star because I can't give them zero stars. This is by far the worst store I've ever been to. I've used them a few time a most time I'm disappointed for on reason or another. This last interaction is a worst and the last time I well step into their store.I rented equipment to use for a week and then I have to send it back. I get an email and an update on the UPS app that my package is ready for pick up at this store on Monday. I go to the store, show them in the app where UPS says they delivered it to them, and they say its not in their system and UPS will try and deliver the package 2 more times. I go around and around with this lady, explaining to her that UPS says they delivered it to them so they won't try to deliver the package to me because it's been delivered already TO THEM. She doesn't look around their messy and cluttered store to find the package, she just says it not in their system and I should call UPS.I call UPS and they call the driver who says they delivered it to the store. UPS calls the store, they say they don't have it. UPS opens an investigation.The next day, I get a call back from UPS who says they have a signature from the store saying they received it on Monday and they would send a driver to look for the package. And that this isn't the first time this has happened. I suppose they don't find the package because they file a claim with the sender. And I don't get anymore information from UPS or the store.Six days later I get an email saying the package needs to be picked up at this store. Miracles of miracles it seems they found my package, the day it has to go back to the sender. I go in, ask the lady when it arrived at the store and she said last Monday, the day they told me it wasn't in there system. The day they didn't look for it. The day they didn't offer to help me find my package in any way.So all I can do is package the equipment back up, put the return shipping label back on, and ship it back to the rental company. Now I'm out a weeks worth of work, probably a $170 rental that I never got to use all because a SHIPPING STORE can't receive and give out packages. Totally unacceptable. Please don't use this store.

Know the measurements of your own parcels before you ship!This is NOT 4 inches, RAMON.Never had anything to say about this store before, it was always fine. It's usually busy, the staff never stuck out to me in any way, it was just a place to ship things. Until the 16th of Januray when I met Ramon.Ramon gave me a total of over $25.00 to ship the envelope pictured from AR to ME, the cheapest way possible. When I questioned him on the price, saying that it seemed quite high, he repeatedly and rudely gave me some nonsense about an algorithm.I asked Ramon what measurements he was plugging in to said algorithm in order to come up with the $25 and he told me 16x17x4. That's FOUR inches thick for an envelope.He argued back and forth with me regarding the measurement, was incredibly rude and suggested several times that I take my business elsewhere before finally changing the measurement to 16x17x2. And, as you can see in the photo, it is not two inches thick either.I've contacted UPS several times and they do not seem to care that their staff is blantly trying to rip people off. I was paying cash that day, so I'm not sure if Ramon was going to pocket the extra three inches worth of cash or if he just can't read a measuring tape.Be aware of what you're paying for and have an idea of what measurements the staff should be entering into their algorithm.

Went to drop something off and there was a line that wrapped around the store. Saw seven employees and only one person helping at a register. This is unacceptable.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. From the amount of negative comments, I guess I've been extremely lucky the 60+ times I've visited over the past 5 years. Staff has never been rude to me, my items shipped were never lost or late. Always had a QR code for my items and I would be in and out with a receipt in no time. But the parking lot is terrible, which is the owner of that strip mall's responsibility.

If zero was an option that's what I'd put. If UPS is going to have solutions and services for huge companies like Amazon then this location needs to be properly setup to permit this. The long wait lines, unorganized areas, la k of knowledge and training of staff and outdated systems makes going to Kohls look like a dream. They have 3 computers. 2 with operators and only 1 that works as we speak. It's terrible.

Really $1.50 to tape my box closed….There is a cost to doing business! Way to go in being part of the great decline of America. I wonder how you will feel when your business is gone. It’s disappointing the lack of customer service that is now an option to doing business. Next time, when paying to ship I will ship with Fed Ex and drop my Amazon box at Kohls.
