Really terrible place to buy a car from. Dealer sold me a car and I got an extended warranty. In a couple of months the A/C went out, engine light keeps going on and off. Car doesn’t shift correctly, airbags has a recall for not deploying and all I’m getting from Mazda is. Sorry I wish I could help but you passed your extended warranty by 50miles. The car started having problems before that and they knew about it but never did anything. If I have one thing to say it would be to never buy a car from Mazda in bentonville AR

DON’T BUY from here!!! Horrible customer service, they break legal binding contracts. My husband & I purchased a F150 from them a couple weeks ago with the agreement that a simple alignment would be done on the truck. They had the truck for 2 days and the truck came back still pulling to the side, and now shaking on the freeway, which didn’t exist when we test drove it. We took it back for the 2nd time, they had it another 2 days and still the truck needs an alignment. My truck was checked at the Ford dealership the same day and can verify the truck has an alignment issue. So today it’s getting the alignment done. We never got a call back from any manager, sales person or anyone at all to make this right. I will never do business with them again. As a matter of fact when we went in there we told them we were shopping for 2 vehicles and because of this I then purchased my brand new 2024 Ford Explorer from McLarty Daniel Ford with Jimmy and will always use them in the future!!!!

Purchased a cx-9 from superior mazda with a HOLE in the lower engine. When transporter came to pick it up they pushed it thru and told him its okay. I wont ever recommend buying a car from them (used ) just by their description. If you are buying something definitely get it checked by a third party company. Obviously they dont care about you are not even that honesty is long gone from this place
Edit: If only car wasnt like Hansel. Guy who handed key to transporter told him take it wont be an issue. His truck and our place has a marking from the lot to mechanic. Pretty sure you can follow the oil track and find where the car went

Traded in and Upgraded from a CX3 to a new 2025 Mazda 3 , Staff was very helpful and did 90% over the phone as I was over 2 hrs away. Once arriving I was out the door in less then 45 min. Very Happy!!

My salesman, Huggie, helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. I bought a 2020 Four Runner that I love! He made sure I was happy with my trade in value and my new vehicle. He's answered all my questions and followed up to be sure I am taken care of. I appreciate all of his guidance and help during what can be a stressful process.
