wow, i gotta say, i took 3 of my pets to them over a period of time. Not one of them has done well. it is expensive, and it seems they run up the charges for work that i didnt agree to, as in giving them a shot at the last minute without telling me why, and finding out on the bill that shot was 44 bucks. no reason why they need to do it. 2 of the pets are deceased, im not kidding around, they were fine for their age and within a month they were gone. One of them was overdosed by over twice what was recommended when I looked into it later as to why the pet was failing so quickly. I called for 2 days to ask advice, not a call back, until my pet was gone, then i got a call back, no apologies from this clinic. a 600 dollar "workup" was recommended, 2 and a half hours there, and my pet was gone shortly thereafter anyway, which i was never told might happen anyway. I could go into how upset I am with this clinic, I literally gave them 3 chances with 3 different pets, 2 are deceased now and the 3rd one is failing, so I took him to another vet and he is actually doing better. I wouldnt trust any more pets to this clinic no matter what, now I travel quite a distance to a clinic and they explain everything, I get an estimate up front and a lengthy explanation to any procedure. Night and day to Sugarcreek, who I got the notion that they were about the money only, and I was right. ALWAYS listen to your gut feelings, its unfortunate that 3 of my pets paid the price for my stubborness in my inclination to give this clinic the benefit of the doubt.

First time appointment today for my little Maltese who is adorable but not feeling great. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, expertise and cleanliness of the facility. I will be using Sugar Creek Animal hospital going forward for my pets.

I have been going to this office for years, from puppy shots to end of life services and everything in between.These are some of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met and they clearly care about their work. Doctor Keys sits on the floor with my dog who is too nervous to stand on the table. She is so exceedingly patient and understanding and works with me and the techs to make sure my anxious dog isn’t afraid even if it takes twice as long. They’ve fit me in numerous times last minute for emergencies and have an outstanding standard of care and great at explaining treatment options and finding what’s best for my dog. Pet health issues can be stressful, but I know my dog is in good hands when I bring her here.

Dr Ensley is one of the best vets I have ever known, and I've lived quite a few places with dogs for my whole life. I trust my elderly dogs totally in her hands.

Dr. Ensley and her staff took great care of my dog! Everyone I spoke to listened, asked questions, and genuinely cared about Maci. Dr. Ensley took the time to look over past medical records and formulate a thoughtful plan of treatment. They are wonderful!

There aren’t enough words to describe the care, concern and love this group of professionals provides their clients. Our dogs have been treated and boarded at Sugar Creek for 21 years! The team has been through happy times as well as sad times treating and caring for our precious babies! These people are truly the most dedicated and understanding care givers we have ever had! ❣️

Our Pittie, Riley Grace had her annual check-up as she turns 3 near Thanksgiving.The staff is amazing!In addition we met new friends (both animals & their humans) in the lobby while waiting for our appointment.A wonderful experience, excellent veterinary knowledge and advice at an extremely reasonable price!Great experience here every time we need to visit.

I brought my GSD puppy in for shots and a check-up: Dr Parker and the vet tech, Keeley, did a phenomenal job!l. Super professional, thorough and informative. Also I love that they sent us home with "new puppy pack" full of goodies!
