My wife and I have used Straightline for 5+ years, and we have always had a good experience. They are patient, kind, and take good care of our vehicles.The Quick Lube and Tire facility is no exception. The tires on one of our vehicles needed to be replaced, and I requested a tire that is not normally kept in stock. No big deal. JJ asked for the details of the tire I wanted, ordered them in, and called me as soon as they were available for installation. Really appreciate the Straightline crew.

I found out about Straightline through word of mouth at my work and have been going to them for almost 5 years. The addition of the quick lube and tire has been so nice -I’m in and out quickly and always have reliable and affordable service. JJ, Glen, and the whole team really take pride in their work and customer service and am so grateful I’ve found an auto shop that delivers quality work.

Always get my oil changes here. The guys do a good job of looking for maintenance items to keep watch on for future repair needs.

After frustrating experiences at the Toyota dealership, I was looking for a new place I could trust to help with routine maintenance for my vehicle as well as any other issues that arise. These folks were quick to message me back on Yelp with answers to my questions. Once I arrived, I encountered incredibly kind people who worked with me to make the right decisions for my vehicle and my budget. I will absolutely be coming back!

This is the only place I take my car. This is also the only place where the front desk manager was kind enough to tell me I’ve been paying too much for my oil changes at other businesses. They’re kind, straight up, no extra add-ons unless it’s truly necessary, and quick. I seriously don’t understand how anyone could’ve had a bad experience. They make you feel like a human and not a number. If you live in the area, don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I heared they have great technicians, so went there.They do not communicate properly, see lots of arrogance. I tried to be patient, but happen to loose it.I messed up my day with their attitude. I observed talking to Americans nicely though.I recommend them to install a price board, if they do not have time or patience to communicate.
