Went in here the other day to have then replace front control arms, because another car shop said I needed it in order to get an alignment. This was going to cost me quite a bit so got second opinion from Straightline and they made the determination that there was NOTHING wrong with my control arms, and they went ahead and did the alignment. I really saved a ton of money and so glad I went to Straightline for second opinion. They have earned my business!!

Amazingly accommodating, competent and friendly service. I am driving 70 miles each way just to have them service my cars. I could not recommend them more highly!

My husband has taken our car to you guys for a couple of different things o wr the past year. This past week it was for our breaks and rotors. We had to bring it back because after it was fixed there was still something not right. You got us back in with no issues, fixed us up and then when my husband got home he announces that my AC is working......it hasn't worked in over a year. I stopped taking my dogs with me, I've been working from home due to the extreme heat and had to make less trips home to see my grandbabies because it was just too hot! I could seriously cry. This is the last leg of our loan, trying to keep this car going because, who wants a car payment lol. Thank you thank you thank you!

Customer service was poor when asking for just a quote on a rear end job. Seemed like I was “wasting” their time. They were not helpful.

I drive a high mileage Tundra and use them anytime I have an issue which is rare, but they get me in quickly and are very fair on pricing and excellent at communication.

Have them diagnose my AC. They said it was the compressor so I replaced it myself. Still didn't work so I did my own diagnostics. Ended up being a fuse that they should have caught simply.
Owner has contacted me and explained the situation, things happen and I understand that. They're reimbursing the 70$ diag fee which is all I can really ask for.

Brought my Infiniti Q50 in here 4 or 5 months ago. They do great work but there were delays as they ordered the wrong part and had to order a new one which was fine. I did ask them to cut off the muffler so I could do some of my own work on it and even with something as small and dumb as what I asked for they were very professional about it. They made a clean cut and made sure to cut it where the pipes were facing down as to not get exhaust fumes in my car. Sounded great and the mechanic sounded almost as excited as I was about it. It’s a little pricey but honestly it’s more than fair for the quality of work you get! Definitely will be bringing all my cars here.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Even told me to take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs despite the fact that they wouldn't get the money because the issue might be covered under warranty

Go to Walmart Auto before this place. The staff was friendly but definitely seemed to drag their feet on a simple battery replacement putting my wife and I in a scramble for transportation. The price they charged is ridiculous too. Obvious scalping. I'd suggest Norm the Tire man or Walmart Auto for all of your automotive needs, avoid a hole in your wallet by avoiding this place!
