I’m extremely unhappy with this branch. They were grossly off on what the monthly bill will be and I tried to correct it by chatting with customer service. Again told incorrect information and said that I’d be getting my bill reduced. Then months later finding out again that information given was incorrect and that my bill would be higher monthly than expected. Overall, terrible experience, not worth the hassle and paying off the phone so I can leave this shister company.

Carlos went above and beyond our visit today. He kept showing us all the savings we could benefit from and literally saved us $40 a month!!! Awesome customer service!!!

Excellent customer service! Carlos and his team were prompt, informative and helped us with everything we needed, all we had to do was hand over our credit card and the savings from switching carriers… sheesh. Let alone free Netflix? Yes please. Highly recommend considering joining T-Mobile and when you do go to this location! Also, they are bilingual, we love our bilingual friends and we thank them! ? ? sending all my pals your way.

I guess I was stupid enough to believe their advertisements about quality customer service.I have had their service for nearly 2 years now. I have contacted their customer service team maybe 5-10 times and I have yet to have any sort of reasonable service. I have had to go thought the BBB to get even basic support.Their agents will lie and tell you they are the director of the call center... if you are the director for the call center you are NOT going to be the one answering the phones. Their agents will lie over Facebook promising help and its endless lies, deceit and horrible service.2 more months and I will be rid of this sorry excuse for a company.

Phillip Harris of T-MOBILE on Walton Blvd., in Bentonville, is a fantastic Mobil Expert! I'm 72 and have a hard time understanding things and what to do on my Samsung Android telephone. I stopped in to ask for help because my phone said I was out of storage. He showed me what to do and how to fix it, as well as explaining the differences in storage areas.I bought my phone at Best Buy, in another state. I had no clue what to do with it. I went to 3 Best Buy stores in California. One guy said they're not really suppose to help with apps. Another said he could help for a minute even though there were 4 other employees standing around. Another was very nice and gave me a phone number to call and said they would tell me how to cancel the pass word saving feature on G Mail that had locked me out of my Disneyland Annual Pass app.I called, and she said she couldn't help me. I'd have to pay a geek $40 and they had appointments available in 2 weeks.I won't be buying a phone there again.Thank you, Phillip, for your time and patience you showed me helping me with my phone. I hope T-MOBILE knows what an exceptional salesperson you are! Your professional, kind, and patient manner was so nice!
