  Customer service, whether by phone or chat, does not have customer satisfaction skills or alternatives. Orders through the Sam Club website are not accurate at all, the item does not arrive according to the date offered by the website.

  They are making record profits after raising prices over and over and now are charging $8. For shipping as of August even for plus. Ripping us off

  I think we need to get a bunch of people together and get a class action lawsuit.
  Sam is double hitting bank accounts and credit cards when you check out.
  And then want to hold the money for 10 days.
