I am very disappointed with my experience at this store today. I walked up to request a fresh batch of tortillas from the employee packing them, when another employee in that department approached me and asked what I needed.She sounded aggravated that I had approached to ask. I kindly and respectfully asked for a pack of fresh tortillas and she rudely pointed behind me and proceeded to state “ well you can just grab the one right on the shelf do you just need one?” I was in disbelief with the attitude and grabbed the pack from the shelf and walked away. The other employees just stood and stared instead of trying to help. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there or care to help. This happened on 7/04 around 2:44pm.

I had a 4pm appointment for 1 tire to be changed and there is no one in the shop. I walked around the back and the 3 “techs” were just chillin at a table while a car was still in the bay with a torque wrench still on the wheel while my car is still waiting to be pulled in. Why make an appointment when they just do what they want???

I was in the bathroom about to wash my hands when I checked my phone for some work stuff in front of the sink and a very rude Sam’s employee says to me “really dude? I’m trying to mop!” with a nasty attitude.That is not how you speak to customers EVER, I didn’t do anything bad. Happened June 11th at 12:00pm

0 stars if I could. Called member service desk multiple times and no one picks up. At least put someone who cares about the job there instead of someone who just wants to stand around trying to look busy.

Well stocked, clean store. Only complaint is the need to "prove I'm a member" upon entering, and "prove I didn't steal anything" upon exit. I get it, but it's such a detractor... I remember when we used to be able to shop here without needing a card - we just couldn't checkout.
