The Bentonville, AR store, pretty good for the most part. But don't try to call them, they don't answer the phone regardless which department you call. That's frustrating enough that you get 1 star. What's the point of having phones?

This place is a bit addictive. Sam's Club is just fun to walk around, and so to have the card only makes it easier to get your bulk shopping done in one place! Sam's Credit Card offers a decent limit and I like the rewards program it offers! Those points add up quickly!

Ordered a specific tire through the call center, who I found out is a 3rd party out of the US, contracted through Sam’s Club. Got the tires put on the car only to find out the more expensive option of the same brand was ordered without me being contacted. The service technician and everyone in the tire center were very professional in the midst of a frustrating experience, but ultimately out $134 and time out of my busy day. Be careful ordering tires through the call center— it’s not Sam’s club, so order in the store itself!

Biggest scam out there! You guys are such bs liars! DON'T ATTEND their ev! Crosby did not sign any of the items we bought as it says on YOUR WEBSITE! Waited for 2 hours in 92 degree weather for a scribble on a picture with Sams clubs logo. I Hope you get sued.

Our family has used Sam's pharmacy Bentonville on a regular basis for several years. Their employees are the best. They always have a helpful attitude and prescriptions are filled quickly.

Probably the worst experience at a sam's club auto center. The staff were very rude and wouldn't give proper information the status of the vehicle. Had to wait on call for hours for no one to pick up the call as well.

This was my first time here and I am only rating on customer service and curb appeal. I stopped by quickly to return an item. They had 3 employees working customer service and although there was a line the wait was short. The male employee who helped me was friendly and helpful. He also told me they do price adjustments if an item goes on sale and gave me a refund for that too. The outside of this Sam's Club was nice, clean, and well kept compared to the 2 I usually shop at. I'll be back when I am in the area!

Sam's Club Cafe especially are some of the most hard working people I have had the pleasure to work with. Dedicated to perform to the company's rules no holds barred even if people are rude and could careless what time of day it is and they want what they want! It was an experience for sure. No I could not do it anymore. Exceptional team no doubt! People yelling at them and being so disrespectful to them throwing stuff at them, ordering while they are closing or trying to close is just too much. This group of people keep calm and keep cooking and serving the people. Manager is OUTSTANDING! Supervisor is AMAZING and the crew do everything they possibly can to make sure you have the Best Shopping experience at Sam's Cafe. Hats off to these Fine Folks!

Worst store to work at. you are not trained no one is friendly everyone yells and speaks to you like you are trash and nobody wants to work together. management doesn't care and doesn't fix problems and they don't communicate as a unit. I honestly feel discriminated against having worked here and trying my best to deescalate issues that started literally day 1 and were not fixed. I tried to deescalate several problems in my department and when management became aware they too started treating me the same. and I'm not the only one I've witnessed this to happen too. if this Sam's club doesn't figure it out internally thier customers might be happy but their management is headed down the road of lawsuit city if they don't fix the problems between them selves and hold everyone accountable for their actions.

i am writing to you today to let you know how thoroughly bothered and upset i am at your most disturbing practice of taking my money, not delivering, my full order and not informing me of such!i placed an order on march 3, 2023 for my granddaughter, whose mommy is serving our country in the usa navy. i really wanted her to receive something special for easter. i placed an order on march 3, 2023 to make sure it would not only arrive in time, but to insure the item was in stock. the item model #622467 was never delivered with the second item #990053677.i did not find out until april 6, 2023 that half of the order was not delivered. sams club.com never contacted me to inform me of this. i only found out when i did an online chat with sams club.com on april 6, 2023 - 35 days after i placed the order, that it was damaged and returned!!!sams club.com never notified me of this damaged item not delivered!sams club.com never sent a replacement of the damaged item not delivered!sams club.com never refunded me when they did not deliver the damaged item!sams club.com stole from me -taking my money and did not deliver my item.i am shocked and dismayed. i found out 2 days before easter that my granddaughter's easter item was not delivered on march 7, 2023, but that now sams club.com was out of stock of the item that i odered 35 days prior to easter to ensure it would be in stock. it was now too late .this was very upsetting to me, to say the least.in contacting sams club.com, i was informed on april 6th, 2023 that the item had been damaged and not delivered. sams club.com has since refunded me, however that is not the point!! this is the worse customer service experience from sams club.com.what an immensely disappointing experience - letting me down with not providing the item i had paid for a month earlier for my granddaughter to have a very special easter treat!sams club.com needs to address this lack in customer service asap. long time sams club member

I placed an online order with them for a gift for my sister in Tyler TX. Somehow during the process of this online order they got the SHIPPING ADDRESS mixed up with my BILLING ADDRESS and instead of this gift being sent to her, it was sent to me. Their home office CUSTOMER SERVICE is the WORST to say the least. Over two hours of trying to speak to someone that could talk and understand good English was a total waste of time on my part. Then i was referred to an online chat with a person from the home office and that also was a huge waste of time for nothing was accomplished at all to STOP this item from being sent to me. So, today the item ordered was delivered to me and i had to print out a RETURN LABEL to ship it right back to them. My advise to all that are reading this is to think twice before doing business with Sams Club for your ONLINE ordering. Don't make the error that happened to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on their part. Quality of service and people not there anymore. Thanks.
