Purchased some earnings that were clearly marked $16. Upon check out they rang up for $26, when it was brought to the staffs attention and the label on the earnings was acknowledged she insisted that they were $26 anyway. Puravida earnings, nothing crazy but they were for our young daughter so they were purchased anyway.STAY AWAY from the rude staff and poor business practices. We have shopped Remedy Road, but no longer will we support this business while in Bentonville.

Would never shop here again. We went here from 4-5 pm on January 3rd excited to shop. Walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged by the woman working there. Didn’t even look up from her phone, greet us, or ask if we needed help. We continued to shop independently walking around the store and directly in front of her. She still didn't say a word. When I went to check out, she was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions about the items I was buying. She doesn’t reflect the mission this company represents. It would also be helpful not to have full price items share the rack with items 50% off. I accidentally bought something that I thought was half off, but if the employee there would have communicated with us I would have been able to know that. Please train your employees to be kind and welcoming to customers. It goes a long way!!

Cute clothes but not the best service. Wasn’t acknowledged by anyone while the store girls sat and openly talked meanly about their classmates. I liked what they had but just felt awkward.

Remedy Road is a feel good store! You walk in and instantly know you are part of a movement that cares about the greater good. In a world of fast fashion this place is a breath of authentic air. Buying with integrity just became an option at Remedy Road! Not only do you feel good, you leave looking good! if the gift shopping wasn’t great enough their apparel and jewelry is fashion forward and unique! Remedy Road is a treasure of a store in the cutest downtown area!
