Maybe I caught them on an off day (Tuesday…which is their Monday) at noon (they had been open an hour) but the young blonde didn’t seem like she wanted to help much and was more concerned with getting more looks at her phone. Fortunately the young guy working stepped in and saved the review for 3 stars. Definitely enjoy the SF location more than Bentonville. Guess southern hospitality isn’t what it used to be.

You want someone who will actually slow down and make sure you have a riding gear that actually fits you, look no further. With great pricing and even better customer service this is the place to go.Specifically, go talk to JEN! Excellent customer service here. The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown Bentonville. Whether you know exactly what you want/need or have no freaking clue, the staff is there to help. It's great to be able to try things on and see how they fit. Realistically the only con is that parking can be difficult on the weekend because of the location.As far as the gear? Rapha gear is 100% worth the price tag. I know the cycling world seems to be either love or hate, but the quality is absolutely amazing. I find myself going to my rapha bibs and jerseys over anything else I own.

Awesome pop-up store with really nice Rapha cycling gear and casual apparel. The store also has Pinarello road bikes for rent (Rapha Club members only) and good espresso.
