I grew up here in Bentonville and have complete trust and faith in Overstreet's with my jewelry. Whether I purchase from them or not, they take the best care in cleaning, and fixing when needed. Super friendly atmosphere.

Came in to get a watchband pin replacement. Just the 20 cent pin. I can install it myself. Figured they would just give me it or charge a couple bucks max. Took 30 minutes to get one and then charged $10! I could have bought 40 of those pins for $6 on Amazon. Which I did. That's just screwing over the customer.

I came in on Saturday and Mr Overstreet looks right at me from behind the counter turns around and walks to the back office. If you walk away from customers…you should re-think this strategy. Welcome your customers and treat them like gold.

as far as how their rings look and quality, i'd give them 5 stars... i think my fiancé's design gets the majority of the credit for the 5 stars. however, my fiancé and i waited a month to get it back after being sized and it was still too big. not using them again for my wedding band because i'd fear i wouldn't get it in time if there were any complications. also had a specific budget and they decided to order a diamond far outside the budget.

I want to thank Laney for her patience and being so helpful to me. I knew Overstreet would be the only jewelry store I would trust my engagement ring that I had bent a prong with. But I was still nervous about leaving it. But she calmed me assured me it would be safe. I highly recommend Overstreet Jewelry and is the only jewelry store I trust.
