Went there yesterday for an idler pulley, a tensioner, and a belt. Old man in the camo hat behind the counter instead just wanted to argue semantics about whether or not i have an idler pulley and a tensioner and was trying to tell me the idler pulley he sold me is my tensioner pulley assembly. I needed the idler pulley the most but i wasn't gonna give him any more money than i needed to so i declined any further purchase from such an argumentative individual. He could have just tried to help me find the correct tensioner instead of being rude. I love O'Reilly's but i wont be going back to this one. I went to the one in rogers off walnut later that night shortly before they had to close and they were incredibly more friendly, nicer, more understanding, and more helpful than the individual at walton. As a mechanic who has had to use the O'Reilly's on walton countless times im super disappointed in the way i was treated when i wasn't wearing a mechanic uniform.

Please beware commercial account holders and other customers as well of the store manager Darrell at the Walton Blvd store . He is very unprofessional and rude and slanders you if you call him out on how he does and says things to employees and customers I bought a tool from the Rogers store and my job was in Bentonville and I told the guy at the Rogers store that I will take it back to Bentonville if it does not work and I took irt back to Bentonville store and it was not used and darell got mad because i did and told me i was not allowed back at store

Stopped by O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on Walton Blvd in Bentonville with a burned out front headlamp a few nights ago & was assisted by a young man named Alex. Talk about helpful. After showing me a couple of different bulbs, Alex shared his opinion concerning which headlamp would best fit my needs. Then he offered to install it in my vehicle. Super good dude. Please double his salary! It’s because of employees like Alex that our family keeps returning to this O’Reilly Auto Parts.

Stood there for almost 10 minutes at checkout and 5 of the workers act like they were busy which they weren't. One was walking around like I was about to walk out. I was the only customer in the store. Don't ever go there.
