Great customer service! I had a punctured tire so I took it to them. They couldn’t fix it, but gave me all the best options. And they said the best option was to take it to the dealership. That shows they are very honest.They could have just told me about their options so they could get my business.

They are amazing, got the part in fast, kept me informed, very friendly! When the part came in they called to let me know I came right in and it took hardly any time at all to put the rim on my car. Was also a very fair price!

We were traveling to our vacation destination when our tire blew. We could drive as far as Bentonville . I called a friend , he recommended Norm The Tire Man and talk to Ben. What a courteous, professional, experience!! The business was immaculate and the gentlemen of the shop were very kind and got us back on the road in a timely manner. Thank you... all of you for a pleasurable experience!!

I had 3 trailer tire blow outs that I took in. The men were courteous and helped me get them to the back. I wasn’t there more than 15 minutes and they had me 3 new tires mounted and ready to go. Reasonably priced! They were helpful getting them loaded into my truck. I highly recommend them!

A+ service here, highly recommend!
I had a trailer tire with a valve stem leaking, I pulled around back to park and walked front to the office to see about getting it replaced, they took down my information and put the job in their system, by the time I walked to the back again they already had the trailer jacked up and the tire off. I went to the office again just as the shop guy was bringing in the finished job paper, I paid and walked to my vehicle to see the lug nuts getting torqued.
I was only there around 10 minutes. Super Service!

I stopped in here about a week ago looking for some 35 12.5 20s. Drove off with a great used set for 219$ out the door. I will be coming here from now on. Worth the drive from siloam. I drive a denali 2500 and they took great care with my chrome wheels and caps.
