I had an issue on my 8 month old LIV e-bike and went to this Liv/Giant dealer for help.
I was the only customer there. The two sales people were just hanging around. The service guy said he could look at it in a week. He didn't even stop fiddling with a bike he was working on to talk to me. He was very curt and rude and said he didn't know much about them even though he sold them. I went elsewhere.
The other shop was very helpful. I dropped the bike off and got a call two hours later saying all done.
I would not buy a bike from a dealer that has that kind of service.

This group is funomenal! I brought my e-bike in to have both inner tubes replaced. I was given a quote right away. 2 days later I received a text to let me know that my bike was ready. When I went to pick up my bike, the young man told me that they replaced both of my tubes, adjusted my handle bars, breaks, tighten any bolts and oiled it up. I thought to myself, "oh great, this is going to cost me more than I expected" When he told me the final cost, I was shocked. I wasn't charged for the extra adjustment!! Good ol' fashion good service! It needed to done, so do it. Something you dont experience anymore. THANK YOU MOJO CYCLING..... you have a repeat customer!

Highly recommend. Quality bikes. Friendly and prompt service. Rates were good. I’d definitely use again if the need arrives next time I’m in the area!

Awesome rental experience, great staff, great bikes. They conveniently had 2 XL sized bikes for two larger guys which was perfect! You can bike from the shop to Slaughter Pen or Coler which was super convenient but does take some time and effort.

I stopped by the store today (9-26-24) looking for a replacement part for a Santa Cruz bike. I talked to the guy running the service department and he told me, "We might have that part but I'm too busy to help you." There were no other customers in the retail or service areas of the store.

Came into town from Texas to ride and the first time I sit on my saddle, the bolt strips out. Headed to Mojos to get a replacement, and they took good care of me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got the part I needed and a new saddle and was able to continue my weekend. Got some good trail recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

Stopped by Mojo this afternoon while visiting from Houston. The service department was super helpful and friendly- helped me find some brake pads for my Magura MT7s!

Incompetent and unreliable. I dropped my bike off for a dropper fix and they had my bike for 2 weeks. I call and they don’t know anything. Haven’t ordered the part or done any work. Went in to get my bike and they were rude and had comments when I said I didn’t need a receipt. Will not be back and don’t encourage people to bring their bikes here. As a local I’m disappointed in my experience.

I've bought a few things from MOJO over the years, David is a cool guy that will talk bikes and off-road rigs with you a while, lol. Always a friendly environment when I go. Staff is always friendly.

I changed my tires and could not get the beads to set so I took them to Mojo. They were happy to help get my tires mounted and wanted nothing in return. Highly recommend swinging by the shop! They have everything you need from tools, shoes, bikes, souvenirs, and much more.

You will find knowledgeable and trustworthy staff at Mojo.
I hit a rock hard with my back tire at Blowing Springs and watched my tire go flat despite being tubeless. I didn't understand what had happened and assumed the rim must have dented even though it still looked fine to my eye. Thought I was going to have to blow a chunk of change on a new wheel.
When I took it to Mojo to get their opinion, the mechanic on hand heard my story and naive hypothesis, and instead of taking advantage and selling me an expensive wheel, he explained how it probably was just a pinch in the tire where it touches the rim that could seal up over a day or two if re-charged with sealant and rested in the right position.
Consequently, I bought only a tube of sealant and a valve-core remover and the tire has held air ever since!
Mojo educated and saved me money instead of taking advantage for a bigger sale. Thanks for the great experience!

Thank you Mojo team for being so helpful! We needed to get on a bike that had a broken spoke and Mojo was closing in 20 minutes. We took our chances and they fixed it! My daughter wasn’t even late to practice. Since then they rebuilt the shocks on another bike, saving me $500! The shocks feel like new! This bike shop knows how to make loyal customers! Experts in bikes and friendly!
