We purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz from Cole Ingram. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership! The team at the NWA dealership is amazing. Cole and Roman both followed up to make sure we understood the features of the vehicle! My new dealership to work with in the future!

I had an amazing experience with these guys! Jacob Hostetler along with Kaleb (with a K) worked continuously to make sure that I got approved for my dream car! Great customer service and a great way to enjoy my 4th in my new GLE 450!!! Come by and ask for Kaleb! Also Roman is great with the tech side of things! He made sure I was knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle before I left! I'll definitely be back!

Extremely disappointed in the service at this location. When we purchased our car, it came with two keys. Somehow, someone in the service department lost the key. We came home with one key with the promise that they would find the second key and send it to us. Two years of asking and still no key. Every time we asked, we would get the run around. Finally, someone called and said it's long gone. Told us how much it would be that it is OUR responsibility to pay for it. How is it our responsibility? Extremely disappointed, especially with Mercedes Benz being a luxury car brand.

The service here was excellent and they informed me of everything pertaining to the repairs to my boss's sprinter van. I only wish they were closer( 2 hour drive) . Chris kept me up to date .

SERVICE COMPLAINT
I made an appointment for routine maintainable for my sprinter at a time which was mutually agreed upon. Friday 3pm.
This included an oil change, transmission flush and software update and one recall item. The female advisor who I booked the appointment with had to check with someone to make sure there would be enough time to complete this work late on a Friday. She confirmed that they would be able to accommodate in timely manor
I drove almost 4hours, dropped off the van and got a ride from the dealer to my hotel. Called back around closing time and missed them
Called Saturday morning and was told they only had 1 sprinter tech working and he had 3 vans ahead of mine and they might get to mine on Monday. I loaded up the Uber and rode back to the service dept to collect my keys.
As a customer with multiple service visits to this dealer
Including an expensive recall job I feel unimportant to them.
Here's a suggestion from a fellow business owner:
TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED
we don't grow on trees and are quite able to find new suppliers or even shift to other brands
If you would have called me prior to the service with an honest reason as to why you could not get to me that day, I would still be in your fold
Instead, you totally wasted my time.

Shout out to Mercedes-Benz of NW Arkansas! I thought I needed a new DEF cap on my RV’s DEF tank. Turns out there is a small blue key/tool that I needed. They ordered one and I picked it up 2 days later. Super helpful, friendly folks!

i went to Mercedes Benz with the intentions of buying a vehicle. i knew which car i wanted, which was in the lot. i walked around their lot for at least 15 minutes and no one approached me. i didn’t make it a big deal, went home, and planned to go again another day. i went back about 2-3 days later and again no one approached me after being there for ~15 min. i then went the following day with my husband (third time) and no one approached us. i don’t want to say our appearance had anything to do with this but to be ignored 3 times is concerning. anyways, i got frustrated of getting no help and ended up buying from BMW instead. BMW helped me right away as soon as i stepped onto their lot and a salesman from BMW actually helped me look at the car i was originally going to buy at Mercedes but i ultimately went with a car at BMW because of their customer service.

Service department is an absolute rip off, seems like a 1,900.00 repair one day turns into a 3,200.00 repair when you take it back to get it fixed. Unless you have unlimited money find a reputable / ethical place to take your Mercedes for repairs.
