I have been bringing my 2019 Nissan Murano to McLarty Daniel for routine maintenance. They do provide a clean waiting area while work is being done. On my most recent visit, my service advisor handed me several pages of Additional Service recommendations. I did my due diligence and realized that the photos that accompany the recommendations are stock photos and not actual photos of my vehicle parts. I also noticed that some of the work they suggested differed from Nissan's Maintenance Schedule in the vehicle manual. I'll still go to McLarty Daniel for my car maintenance, but before just allowing them to do repairs, make sure they are not pushing unnecessary or premature work.

Horrible the sales manager of preowned Dan is the worst person I’ve ever came in contact with is was rude horrible to deal with and I hope you all see this review in time so you don’t waste your time with this dealership I wouldn’t buy anything off of these people.

Don't need assistance, had my fill last week. According to your service manager Paul. Nissan brakes suck, the new technology he stated causes the brakes to pulse/vibrate when going down big hills, specifically Bella Vista area. And he said he's had multiple people in the bella vista area say they have the same issue. Feels like a rotor problem but I'm not a mechanic, but I know it's not normal to change brakes every 30k miles and for them to vibrate.
If you actually search for Havens you shouldn't have any trouble at all. Unless your system sucks also.

I got the courtesy shuttle. The driver was very personable, friendly and professional.
The whole service experience went well. My service tech kept me informed of the progress and also sent me the shuttle to bring me back to the dealership.

Took my vehicle to have service done and had to pick it up after my husband got off work, because I had to borrow his truck, as we picked it up notice that the fuel lid had been bent backwards to the point that it would not shut. Brought it back the next day and they watched their camera to tell me they didn't do it. I have really hard time believing them when it wasn't broken when I dropped it off and they won't let you see the video of when you dropped it off to prove that it wasn't broken. Won't be returning to do any business with them in the future.
