Drove from Kansas to buy a Buick Envision here.. Our sales guy Chris was outstanding! They have a huge selection of vehicles... Now onto the bad.. Upon getting home we noticed the hood had chips in the clear coat.. One simple call to dealership and was told yes bring it back and let us make it right.. After a full 8 hours of being there plus a 78 mile drive to get there it's decided the hood will have to be repainted.. Bring it back in a week.. And they filled the gas tank.. Brought it back on a Monday another 78 miles one way on my brand new vehicle.. Was given a ride to Hertz by dealership ship for the car they were paying for.. Got into to the car a Nissan Versa.. pull out tires are low had to stop for air.. They had my Buick for 10 full days to paint the hood! Communication from them was awful! Had to call them to get ANY information EVERY time.. so there I was driving a Nissan for 10 days after purchasing a Buick.. One would think IF you purchase a brand new vehicle and had to get a rental they would put you in something comparable to what you purchased not something that rode like a potato wagon and you had to keep adding air to tires.. Guess what I'm trying to say is Buying there is great and super easy and fast BUT be warned the service department is lacking ? ? ?.. I would have loved to give 5 stars and if I hadn't had to deal with service department I would have..

I give McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville the highest of reviews and would like to take a minute to say why. I Purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition from them in 2019. I recently had a problem with the extended warranty that I also purchased from them at the same time. I needed to make a claim for repairs. Since I am not local to Bentonville, I wanted to have the repairs done at my local Ford dealer. Even though I had already used this extended warranty two other times with the same local Ford dealer, this time the warranty company told me I had to take it back to McLarty Daniel to have these repairs made. This was going to cause me a major inconvenience, and I also assumed it would lengthen the repair process. I was not happy, and tried to explain to them why I did not feel this was an acceptable way to handle the repair process. To say the least, this did not go anywhere. I decided to reach out to McLarty Daniel. Now to be honest, I didn't really expect they would do anything. I purchased this vehicle from them 5 years ago and have not had any other interactions with them since. Not because I had a bad experience buying the vehicle, I actually had a good experience and felt I got a really good deal. They just never had what I was looking for when I had purchased other vehicles. I mainly just called them because I was very upset with the warranty company and wanted to share my experience. I asked for the sales manager (I’m sorry I did not make a note of his name), and even though I was still upset he was polite and professional. He told me he did not handle the extended warranties, but would give a message to the finance manager who did. I hung up thinking that I probably wouldn’t hear back. In less than five minutes I got a call from Hof. He told me they didn’t really use this extended warranty company any more (I can understand why), but he would reach out to them and see what he could do. Five minutes later he called me back and told me to have my dealer try and run the claim again. I did and now the repairs are being completed at my local dealer. I was blown away by how helpful they were even though they didn’t need to be. I will undoubtedly continue to check their inventory each time in the future I am looking to buy a car.

The service was excellent on the part of the seller, the only problem was when trying to finance my truck when they wanted to force me to finance with you and if I didn't do it an extra charge of 2 thousand dollars to the price of the vehicle that is dishonest on the part of the dealer, I hope it is not like that in everything, I still do not do any service there but the reviews are bad, I hope you have new more qualified and honest staff

We had the best experience with McD. Great service and amazing car. We love our GMC Terrain Denali. Cale took really good care of us. He was through and sweet guy. He made us feel very comfortable. Everyone there made us feel important thank you McD. We will be coming back when we are ready for a car or truck next.

Took a while (4hrs).wanted very good rating on my trade only got "good" should have gotten a few more thousand for it. Sales people were fine. Did well helping vet signed in a stuff like that. Really like p.u. that i bought.

This is my place of choice when I am here on assignment and cannot get home to my dealer. The waiting room is immaculate, with snacks to enjoy. The Service rep keeps you informed of the progress. They get you in at your appointment time, they are quick and efficient.

I bought a brand new 2023 2500HD Denali Sierra and one year and few months ago, later the brain of my transmission just goes out, so I took it to the GMC dealership and they told me first that they didn't have an estimate day when they can get a new part for it, they been giving me the run around and I went to ask the dealership if they can just switch me into another truck and they can keep my truck but they told me they can't do that and a sales guy told me that it's alot of ppl waiting for the same part and he seem ppl wait like 9 months to an year for parts like this, I told them I use my truck daily for my business that I have to haul a 18×8 box trailer with and they refuse to even try to help me by getting another truck, im losing lots of money from my business because of them, if they really cared about their customers they would atleast just put me in another truck, I don't know what to do at this point, atleast at this point they could put me in a truck that matches mines and they keep mines but seems like they don't care about their customers. This would save alot of frustration and stress

I cannot say enough great things about their service department! My husband’s truck had been in the service department at another local dealership for 3 weeks with no resolution and being told they couldn’t get a part and had no idea when they could. I called MaClarty and Ryan and Hof immediately called me back, located the part at another dealership and told me to bring the truck to them. They had the new part installed and the truck back to us in less than 24 hours. We are forever customers and will never make the mistake of going anywhere else!

Bought my GMC AT4 in May and had a great experience with sales agent Robert Belmonte! He made the process easy and quick and has checked back with me numerous time to see how was enjoying the new truck. I give him 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone! McCarty Daniel GMC is lucky to have him.
