They lost my business!!!Called three days in a row to check on my Waranty they would not call back, I then called to set up an appointment and someone in service decided to answer. He proceeded to tell me that I had to call the Waranty company to check if my problem was covered under the warranty.. Well Mclarty Daniel Service department you will never receive any more of my business.... Wood motor in Pineville Mo. is the best. They answered immediately and scheduled my appointment. They are contacting my Waranty company and doing their job, not making me do their job for them.......

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee on the 13th of July due to an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I wish I would have done my part and read through peoples reviews prior to my purchase. Thankfully, I was advised to purchase the extended warranty in which I did. During my test drive, the Jeep ran well. No engine issues or any other problems of the sort. On the day of pick up, the Jeep tire sensors were indicating warnings and needing immediate attention. The Jeep was taken to the service department to which it was undetermined and needing to be checked again. Till this day, I have taken the Jeep back five times and there is no recourse to when this will be fixed or how it will be fixed. I feel I am getting the run around every week. I text the service department checking the status and the response is the same. Let me check with the manager. I will not suggest buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I thought after leaving the Jeep for repair for five weeks, they'd have an answer. Even till this day, the dealership couldn't ever get this fixed. Something so simple, can't get remedied. I was advised to just come get my vehicle because it couldn't be fixed.Let the buyer beware, you take a risk buying a used vehicle. Bottom line is, they don't do the right thing. I got conned into buying a contract that doesn't benefit it's purpose. I put 20k down and have experienced nothing but stress and frustration, constantly worrying if I received a reliable vehicle for which I had prior to my incident. Boy, I miss my Toyota Camry and would have loved to have had that fixed vs this headache.

We bought a used Jeep Renegade from them and either they sold us a lemon, or their service department is corrupt. We took it their for an engine light issue and a tail light issue, and from their the battery wend dead, interior lights did not work, the back hatch was broken, and the engine light came back on after three weeks! They charged me over $1,600 and nothing was fixed, and they broke several other things!?! They then wanted more money to keep fixing the SAME issue and the new ones they caused. They are BAD! I also saw a lot of other unhappy people while I was waiting forever!

I posted a previous review about how bad this dealership is but..I was wrong, they are much worse than I initially thought. I took my 2021 Ram Cummins in on July 10. I won't go through all the complete mess I had to go through with this dealership, read previous review. They said my engine was bad and ended replaced. They had my truck from July 10 until September 8. After a week of calling them once again they said your truck is done but we need to do an alignment after the new engine replacement and that will cost you $129.00. I said fine. I just wanted away from them. I picked my truck up and it was way worse than when i took it in. The new engine vibrated so bad that sunglasses would not stay on the dash. To add insult to injury, the "alignmment" that they charged me for was catastrophic. When i took the truck in, it drove perfect, when i picked it up, it pulled to the right so bad i couldnt keep it in the lane. I immediately called them and took it back. After thinking about it for a night i went and picked it up and took it to Lewis Dodge in Fayetteville. After two months, all they accomplished was to mess up the new engine and destroy the way the truck drove. Did i mention they had it two months? Dont fall for their popcorn gimmick. Dont be me and let these people touch your vehicle.

I would give negative stars if possible. DO NOT buy a car from these people! I own two Jeep Grand Cherokees. I came in about a month ago and delt with someone who couldn't be more pushy. I wasn't wanting to make a decision that day but this gentleman kept asking the whole test drive "what do you want a payment to be", "why aren't you ready to buy today", "when are you looking to buy". I understand they are going to ask this but this man was asking every 5 seconds.Today I take my second Jeep Grand Cherokee up here for an appraisal as I wasn't sure if I wanted to trade in or sell. They tried to give me the sales guy I dealt with a month ago and I told the receptionist that I wanted someone else. Some kid and the sales manager, Darrin, comes out to look at my car. Immediately Darrin is rude, and wants to know if I want to sell or trade. He goes "what's in it for me". I just want to know what I can expect and if trade in was better I would've looked at their cars. We go outside and he's immediately being more rude and going "have you had a bad experience at another car dealer dude" and being cocky. We get to my car and he asks if I have any other bids and I told him I was planning on maybe going elsewhere but not at the moment. He goes "I am not interested in getting into a bidding war" forcefully puts my keys in my hands and walks off. I left shaking. I've never been treated so bad. I used to go here for service on these cars for years but that stops TODAY. NEVER go there and stay away!!!

Service is so bad here it borders on criminal. Avoid this dealer/service center at all costs. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced at any business I have ever been too. I brought my car in a total of three separate times and the problem is still not fixed. They admitted it was not fixed and told me to take it to a different location. It is impossible to get them on the phone and they never call with any information. I had to go in person to get any updates on where my car was. They will basically kidnap your car and you have to beg them to get it back. Depsite the terrible service, their prices are still obscenely high. I will make sure everyone I know knows to avoid this place until they inevitably go out of business.

The service was absolutely terrible, I took in my car at 830 on Thursday for an inspection that max would only take 2 hours was not updated on the status of my car in till 5pm and told my car would have to stay over night, only for then to give me bs excuses, I asked them to do a headlight adjustment and they didn't even do that, even though they had my car for a day and a half .when I picked up on Friday for them to tell me that my tires where the problem, which I had replaced the past week, overall I think the service was absolutely awful, would not recommend.

Honestly, best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Started looking at cars here about 6 months ago give or take, and billy was the one that helped me. Super friendly and didn’t seem like a dealer to me, seemed like a friend on how he was helping me. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I got my car from this place. Frazier was the one that assisted me. Great experience from this guy. He would show me cars that were in my range, he would joke around with me, he was kind, he was in the same boat as Billy, didn’t seem like a dealer but more of a friend. Overall point is that this place has the best customer service that I’ve seen in general of any place. And plus the coffee is great if that’s what you like lol

I mistakenly purchased a vehicle that turned out to be a horrible decision (transmission went out not long after I purchased said vehicle), was ignored when asked if there was anything they could do to help, and now I'm getting HARASSED asking if I still even own the vehicle! LEAVE ME ALONE AND NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN!

I rarely find reviews. Certainly not those of a negative nature. However.... I would give zero stars if possible. Took my vehicle in for repair and literally received the absolute worst customer service possible. Refusal to return my phone calls, refusal to return phone calls by my insurance, refusal to reply to follow up (printed receipts and diagnostics). If you want quality customer service I strongly recommend you find someone else to take your vehicle.

Terrible service. Service writer was rude the moment I got there. Told me my brakes squeaking were normal after they pad slapped my front brakes. Redid the job and found they used old hardware and never touched the rotor. Shim was making contact with the rotor the whole time causing the squeak.When they put the wheel back on they scratched my wheels pretty good. Also rounded a lug nut and poked a hole through it to get it out and never told me. Will never be buying a car or getting service there again. Very disappointed customer.

They ran my credit 4x's! 4 hard inquiries were put on my credit report. I didnt have a chance to shop around in fact I couldnt finance anything not even a couch for a good while. This is bad to do to a potential customer because i will never go back now.

Dropped by a couple weeks ago to shop a new truck. Was rapidly greeted by a sales person on the lot. After a few brief pleasantries, he went into a sales pitch for some form of bitcoin or some related thing. For 20 mins I could not get him off that to talk about trucks.I left. Won't be back. Good Job McLarty. You lost a solid potential customer.
