Staff were very helpful without being intrusive—which is a hard balance to find! They were kind and friendly, helped me with finding the item that I needed, and offered honest feedback on the items that I tried on. I was impressed with the clothing and the experience.

I love this store! I travel a lot and sometimes think I might find better items in bigger cities. That is NOT THE CASE. Label carries quality brands and has fantastic customer service. I have consistently shopped at the Bentonville location for the last several years. The sales people have always been patient and kind. They are helpful but not pushy at all. I always feel comfortable and welcome.I was in the store one time on a very busy Saturday. The dressing rooms were full and I was ready to try on. Instead of making me wait, one of the sales associates gave me her personal cell phone number and texted me when the dressing room was available so that I could run some other errands on the square while I waited. When I arrived back in the store, all the clothes I collected were neatly placed in the dressing room, ready for me to try on.I feel fortunate to have a store in my town that has quality clothing, great customer service, and an awesome vibe.

Shopped for my wife’s birthday gifts here and the staff was incredibly helpful & friendly! Spent a ton of time to help me think through ideas and point me in the right direction. It was a really great customer experience, and my wife loved what I bought. Beautiful store & great location in downtown Bentonville, I’ll definitively go back for more help at Christmas!

I love to give and honest and raw review. If it’s great I’ll tell you, if it’s not I will tell you like it is. I am so surprised, living in Bentonville, how rude the employees were in this store. We walked by two girls at the front desk talking about what they were going to wear later. They never acknowledged we were in their store. No one said anything to us. I absolutely hate rude customer service because as a business owner you should always have hospitality and kindness as Forefront of your business. I hate to say this I will not spend my money here and pray if you do, you will have a better first time then we did!!!

This might be my new favorite boutique from Dallas to LA. They have tons of trends and amazing brands from both a quality and trend perspective. What made the experience was Julia, the store associate. Julia worked so hard to get us the right sizes, over communicated waiting room availability and made the experience so fun. She was working with urgency and provided an awesome experience. I will definitely be back when I'm in town.

I loved this shop -- because of its cute clothes and accessories / jewelry and service from helpful, friendly staff. We all found bargains / unusual items, which is what I look for while shopping on vacation. I'll visit again when back in Bentonville.
