I have had 2 bad experiences with this place. 1st one was I took a Honda Accord to get wheel bearing fixed while he was fixing it he broke one of the speed sensors he refused to pay for it saying it was already broke so I had to pay for it. 2nd one i took a Toyota Highlander which was making a noise and he charged me $643 and he told me it was the bearing so he replaced them and when I got it back it was still making the same noise.That tells me that he replaced the wrong part. So I called him and told him about it & he got mad and said he wasn't going to fix it!I 100% do not recommend!!!!

I was going to get a repair done by King Automotive. After getting a quote, I was told that I would need to be at their shop at 8:00a.m. the next morning for the work to be done. I arrived at 7:45a.m. and at 9:00 still no one showed up. I hope that everything is OK? But I wish I didn't waste to morning waiting on them.

Waste of time, don't even bother bringing your car here. Carlos just makes you waste your time thinking his going to fix your car but doesn't. If anything, he just keeps charging you and expects you to keep paying him without him even working on your car. He just keeps making excuses on why he hasn't fixed it yet. Saying to give him more time and more money.If I could give him no stars, I would.

Took in my car for a noise by my driver side got it back with the same noise and charged me 600 for something my car didn't need and this is not the first time! Rather take it to the acual dealer ship and have them fix it for the money he be charging

Excellent service by Carlos. I was in town for a wedding this knew nothing about local mechanics. I was fortunate enough that this place was open and worked on my car right away. Excellent and fast service.

This place is fantastic, maybe the best kept secret in Bentonville. They do outstanding work at a fraction of the price of other shops, I had a front engine mount in an 03 Honda Pilot replaced by them for $175, everyone else wanted over $300, and they had it done in a couple hours. They also quoted me less than half of what everyone else wants to do the wheel bearings on my 02 Accord. Give these guys a try next time you need service done on your car, they can set up appts sooner than other shops and get you in and out fast at a great price.
