Had an HDMI port that needed replacing on my PS5 Slim and came to iPhix for the repair.
They were able to get my console back to me in two business days while others were quoting me up to 2 weeks for turnaround.
Will not go anywhere else for console repairs in the future. These guys are awesome!

Took my phone in to get the back glass fixed and now my WiFi and Bluetooth will not work. My Face ID as also quit working since I have gotten it back from them.I also found a crack in the front of the phone which was not there before. Everything that is now not working was working flawlessly before they took it. I am beyond pissed off. Would not recommend them at all.

I'll return there, confident they can help with any phone issues. Prices are very fair.
Staff took the time to address my questions and find fixes for difficulties. I even returned the next day for another short question and was not charged.

They have always been very courteous to me, and fixed my issues with my phone promptly. And they have such a wide range of information on all the phones and iPads and computers things like that. I wouldn’t take my phone anywhere else except for the main dealer if I have to.

My wife and I have used iPhixShop several times over the past few years (since the iPhone 4 I believe) and have always been very pleased with the services of iPhixShop.
They are quick to diagnose and provide good options with very reasonable prices.
We have had screens and batteries replaced and never had to wait more than an hour. We had a battery replaced in less than 15 minutes!
We highly recommend iPhixShop. They are courteous, quick, competent and well priced!

I went into the store, based on a recommendation from my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional and kind service I received. And on top of that, the prices were very reasonable. If you need anything done with your phone or tablet, this is definitely the place to go. They handle Apple and Android.

I had a very small chat with the person at the front desk. There was no such service I availed except handing them over a few digital stuff for recycling. Overall I liked the experience.
