“The Bike Inn was a great place to stay! We used a van spot for the week for spring break. It was really great to have access to indoor bathrooms, showers and kitchen as well as the amenities outdoor - hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and bike wash. We used these all daily. The bike shop was also helpful for those of us who couldn't find our bike gloves or need an adapter to hook up the vans to electricity. We also ended our evenings at the community fire pit. The owner, Jeremy was awesome and hung out with us some and took us on a great guided ride. It is a short drive from all the trails, but the trails are all in different places anyway so we would have driven every day regardless. We were there with a couple of other families and all loved it and can't wait to go back!Noteworthy details: Jeremy has done a great job renovating this space and creating an establishment that suits everyone's needs - hotel room, cabin or glamping van spot. The amenities were top notch.”

The room was quiet and the bed, very comfortable. After being on planes and in airports for 27 hours straight, it was just what I needed.

And I loved the warm chocolate chip cookie!”

“Last month we had to scramble for a hotel bed to sleep in for a few hours before early morning flight out of XNA since storms damaged several hotels including the one we originally booked. Thankfully there was one single room left when I called and it was still open when we got there. We managed to get a good sleep in before waking up at 3 for our trip to XNA. This place was a lifesaver that saved us from having to pay $300, stay at a gross motel, or have to go back home to sleep.”

“Immediately greeted with smiling faces! Parking lot has plenty of shady spots. Location is great right off the highway. Room is super clean and smelled fresh walking in. Pool is nice and cool but room is heated so you don’t freeze when you get out. Staff has been very friendly to my toddler. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold food. WiFi is fast and tv was Netflix capable which was a great perk!

Rooms: Bedding was soft and clean. No lingering smells. Pillows are nice and fluffy.”

“This is actually the Quality Inn now, which I guess, used to be Red Roof inn? Anyhow, it's the Quality inn now and they're part of the Choice Hotels group and the beds are dreamy comfortable and so are the pillows. Clean room, clean bathroom and vanity area, we've stayed here multiple times and I recommend it. I just WISH they had some shade trees around their parking lot. They're also pet friendly ? ? I believe they charge $15/per pet with a 2 pet max”

“Stayed here for three nights over Fourth of July for a family reunion in Bentonville. When we arrived we were greeted by Wendy at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and quick to address any needs. She is an absolute gem and a great brand ambassador.

On the other hand, the daytime manager was borderline rude, completely disinterested, and couldn't be bothered less when we asked about room service not bringing new towels. Not going to mention her name, but if management is interested, just look at who worked the mid afternoons over the Fourth. I would highly suggest you review her service level with the public or move her to the back of the house. I would not want her to represent my business.”

“Nice place kept clean. Our king room was very big and roomy. Bath clean and stocked. Although no complimentary breakfast, a nice coffee in the lobby. Good coffee as well. Would go back”

“Night shifts are not very helpful or friendly and we didn't have hot water in our room, we were encouraged to turn the sink water while showering to get hot water. Also sodas they still therm add a price as if they were laced with gold $3.00, we couldn't even get one soda courtesy of the hotel for us having to take cold showers in the winter, other than those complaints, hotel is great, clean and large rooms.”

“This is our go-to bike friendly hotel for Bentonville. Easy access from the highway, but only minutes from downtown and way cheaper than the other hotels. Service is always great and the rooms are very clean with everything a family needs for a short stay. The free breakfast is always a bonus and the kids love the pool. Best bang for your buck in Bentonville”

“I thought the hotel was new because of how clean and fresh everything looked when we entered the lobby. I was surprised to learn it opened 5 years ago. Front desk staff were friendly checking in and checking out.The fitness center was well-equipped and above average for a hotel. There’s an outdoor pool but we stayed in April so wasn’t open.Location is perfect for passing through. Easy Highway access, near cheap gas, and Braum’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot. I can’t speak to location otherwise because we weren’t exploring Bentonville this trip.Rooms: Stayed in a studio with two queens. Apartment size fridge is more than enough space for a week’s worth of food. This would be great for an extended stay. Beds and couch were comfortable. Several outlets/ports for charging near the nightstand. The room lost a point because the roller shade was busted. There’s also no full length mirror.Food & drinks: Skip the free hot breakfast. The sausage was cold, no waffle maker, and the setup was disorganized, There was a staff person available (at times) to make a breakfast burrito. Otherwise the (not) hot choices were turkey sausage and some eggs.”
