Imagine this...a ferocious 14 year, 5lb grumpy old man dog that I have to drug before taking and even then he is not nice to her. Yet everytime she makes him look amazing!

We picked up our Scottie today; shortly after, we saw a large area on her side bleeding. Upon looking at her skin, we can see she was scraped/burned. The area is about 34 inches wide and is so red. It would have been considerate of the groomer to tell us what happened.

I had been taking my babies somewhere else. They ended up butchering my goldendoodle really badly! I heard amazing things about this place and saw the work they had done and i set up an appointment. I was taken back when I picked up my boy! I had been dreaming of him having that haircut! It is the most amazing service and grooming I’ve ever experienced. And I think Oswaldo agrees as he loved both ladies so much and they loved him! The best place in NWA hands down!

Can’t speak to the quality of their services, because I was never able to bring my dog in. I called the day prior about a nail trim and was told no appointment needed, just walk in. I showed up the next morning at 7:30 when they open and no one answered the phone, door was locked, and lights were off. After sitting the parking lot for 20 min waiting for someone to show up, I gave up and left a voicemail asking them to call me, and never heard a word back. Another lady was waiting in the parking lot and also gave up and drove away.

Just moved to the area and couldn’t locate their business. Got ahold of them 25 minutes later and she said she couldn’t accept my dog. Horrible ownership. Horrible business establishment. Will never recommend them to anybody.
