We are very thankful we were able to work with Joe Kroeger of Frank Fletcher Honda when buying our new CRV LX. Being in our 60s and not knowing the latest auto technology (our trade-in was 25 years old), Joe was extremely patient and supportive.
He spent a very long time explaining how the safety and infotainment center technology in the car worked, how we could use it all to our best advantage, gave recommendations on various tech settings and why he recommended them. He also not only let us test drive the vehicle, he kept working with us after we bought the vehicle. He helped us link our cell phones to the car, drove the vehicle with us in it as passengers to demonstrate the safety technology so we could see how the vehicle would react and notify us when potential safety issues would come up during driving on roads and highways.
He really went above and beyond not just to get the sale but also to help us understand what we were buying and how it could help keep us safer with lower maintenance costs as we age. He treated us not just as customers but as valued human beings. We'll happily recommend not only the dealership to other people but working with Joe specifically as well.
