I made an appointment to see the new 2023 pilot. I called to make sure it was there. The salesman said it was on the showroom floor. So we made the appointment for 4. I told him we had games so might be a little late. We got there around 430 and no pilot in sight! Was informed the GM took it for the weekend. Extremely frustrating and a waste of our time! And in my opinion an extremely d*** move on the GM to take the only one you had on the lot! Will not be using Frank Fletcher for anything!

Dont buyvfrom them. They had all my info and they even ran my credit. Had it done in the evening thinking in the morning we would finalize the deal. Got a text at 10:15 saying the car was sold. I was very disappointed as the car was for my granddaughter. Classic car salesman .Buyers nightmare. Took a hit on my credit . Bought else where. Kiss poor !

Went for service and they would not put their warranty for their service in writing before I signed bill. Service advisor was rude and so was service manager. For more info. read my review in Google maps. Someone from dealer commented on my review and ask me to call them. They can contact me. They know what I requested.

I had a terrible experience with the service department. The back rear window on my 2020 Accord works only intermittently. Being in NWA to visit my sick daughter, I drove the 45 minute round trip to drop it off. By the time I got back they called to say it was fixed because the “window lock was on.” I can only assume they think I’m a complete idiot, when in fact it is they who lack common sense. The issue has been happening for weeks and the other 3 windows work fine. They refused to troubleshoot even though the car is only 6 months old. They told me because it worked at that moment, it wasn’t broken. There is an expectation that when you press a button on a brand new car, it should work every time. My biggest problem was how I was treated by the service department and Jim Sellers.

We had a great experience today at Fletcher Honda. The staff was very courteous and professional. Our salesman, Scotty, was amazing! He got my daughter the car and price she was looking for. I would highly recommend him. This the third car we have purchased from them and we have always had excellent service.

What an awesome experience start to finish. I was looking for a nice pre-owned commuter car and found I on their website, which is very user friendly. Made a call to pre-owned, talked to James and later that day went out there to test drive. Came back and bought the car, they detailed it, filled it up with gas, and off I went. Will absolutely buy another car from Frank Fletcher!!

I worked with Joe Kroeger from start to finish and I couldn't give more praise to Joe, and the staff at Fletcher. I got tremendous service, I felt like a king, and they got me an AWESOME price. I'll gladly make the 4 hour drive to deal with Joe and Fletcher Honda should I be in the market for a new car again.

I have a CRV which I love!! I’ve had it serviced there a few times and have always been pleased with the staff and the work they have done. It’s nice to find a place where they treat you kind and care about you and your car.

Nothing beats great service. My experience at Fletcher Homda is that of family. I looked around before ending up at Fletcher and no one treated me like they did. Go there!!!
