Unfortunately had a very bad experience yesterday while I was shopping for candles. There was a lady working who was extremely rude to me. I've never seen such bad customer service. This used to be one of my favorite places to purchase candles, but from now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Service was absolutely terrible, I would give them 0 stars if i could. An individual by the name Amanda had the worst attitude and should be taking some sort of class to improve her retail skills, not to mention snide remarks and little comments will not be getting you ANY sort of business fool. Super unprofessional. Also to add on, from what I ordered there was some sort of mold or substance in the bowls. Please DO NOT give these people any sort of business. I’d rather go to a dollar store at this point.

I received moldy bowls. every single wooden bowl was moldy in the box. not to mention they were cracked. do not recommend buying wooden bowls! you’ll receive everything moldy!!

Very poor service... 0 stars if I could. Amanda was rude and hostile towards me. She also doesn't seem to have the best hygiene as I could smell her (literally) as I soon as I was within 6 feet of her. Wish I could say I'll give them another chance but if this is how they act towards their customers... no thanks

karen and amanda need to work on their attitudes or get out of customer service. I called the store and was answered by amanda, her temper was short and made me not want to purchase from you guys. when i went into the store, her attitude wasn’t any better. Not to mention, while in the store, Karen yelled at one of her employees on the floor in front of staff and customers which I, and many others, found to be very rude and in professional. look into hiring more suited people for a customer service job because your current staff are ridiculous and rude.

They underpaid all the POC workers $12 while White employees were given $15 an hour. It had nothing to do with experience, THEY ARE RACIST, THIS IS BLATANT DISCRIMINATION. I'm disgusted that I supported this place.

Nice products but Amanda? I think thats her name, has VERY poor custom service. Ruined the whole experience. You could find similar products with better service elsewhere.

I love the succulent/moss center piece I got from Forever Green Art - It's beautiful, high quality, and the best part... I don't have to worry about watering it or it dying on me! Great company to work with, they have really nice, high quality products and will do custom pieces to fit your space too. Excellent customer service is also a big plus.

I love forever green art! I have several pieces around my home and even had them recreate a custom wedding floral arrangement! Great customer service and awesome products.
