I like the personal hands on service I receive , if I have questions or issues I can go to the office and have them taken care of right then. Just a little update, Shelly and her staff are in their new location on J st in Bentonville and it is beautiful. Very spacious modern and up to date. Parking is no longer an issue, very easy in and out. Just to give a shout out to Constance,really appreciate the hands on personal service. You can't get their level of service over the phone. So stop in and check out their new facilitie.

Wonderful, fast, professional. And very competent insurance location ive ever worked with. All other insurance company i was with either lacked the skill of customer service and or just thought what i said was too "complex". The ladies that work at Shelley Parsons work hard and answers all my questions with ease and not make it seem like a hassle.
